Basically, everything! Beautiful, new, and stylish room with comfy large beds and a large shower. Worth it!

Absence of a physical reception, which was not clear while we were booking. We discovered later that there was no reception and when we got at the property we had some trouble accessing the room (since it's automated from a distance) but calling the given whatsapp contact would quickly solve the problem.

Location was good central.

No reception no one to contact the key was left on the door no breakfast no night staff it felt a little insecure for a woman alone staying at hotel. No parking.

-12th City Hotel is located in the centre of Rhodos Town. Old town is only 3minutes walk away. - Hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and bars. - Upon arrival we was greeted by a friendly receptionist and directed to our room. - The room and toilet was modern and very clean. - The bed was super comfortable - The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provided everyday. It was nice to come back to a clean room after a long day of adventure. - The balcony was nice overlooking the strip of restaurants and bars. - Bus station is 2 mins away. - Check out was quick and easy.

It’s a new property and few restaurants close by. Old town is also 5 to 10 min by walk and the way to old town is safe and next to sea. Room and bathroom was very clean and exactly as shown in photographs. I will recommend it for sure. This room even had a small npbalcony facing to the street with restaurants and in far you can see the sea.

I couldn’t find free parking slots and hence always had to park in the main harbor parking which is around 10 min walk. Which is not an issue but just for info. I was able to leave my luggage in reception after check out only until 5pm because there reception work until 5 pm only.

Loved a spotless clean room, modern interior design with all needed amenities. Located on a walking distance to Rhodes Old Town. Lots of bars and restaurants around. I will happily stay here again.

I didn't have any major issues. The room is above a bar which plays loud music until 1am, in case you an early bird. It didn't bother me much though. Also I hope the young receptionist girl will improve her English, so the communication flows much easier. Nonetheless, both receptionists were super kind and helpful.

although the hotel is new and the rooms very stylish, there is literally no insulation, because of the doors cheap material. Furthermore some other customers were too noisy and partying every night for the first nights, so we could not actually sleep and relax. Therefore we would not recommend this hotel for people who travel for business, because it can get too noisy.

Great location in the city center, where you can walk to everywhere. Room was great with a little balcony to enjoy my coffee. Housekeeping service was impeccable, the ladies were super nice and helpful. Not to forget, this was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on!

Just a small issue with Netflix on the TV not being updated so we were not able to use it, also the screen sharing app was not functioning.

We stayed only for one night and the hotel served that purpose well. The room was clean, the bed particularly comfortable and the air conditioning saved us in the heat! Free coffee and water was a plus.

Check-out was an hour too early in our opinion. The hotel entrance was difficult to find at first. Soundproofing was a bit lacking and we could hear everything from the corridor.

My partner and I stayed here for one night in our adventure holiday due to the wildfire evacuation from south of the island. We were really pleased with the level of service from reception staff, as when we were checking in the hotel was experiencing a blackout from loss of power due to the fires. This was only for a short period of time. We loved the room we had, it was clean and had all the amenities you would need. Very close to the centre of Rhodes town and short walk to old town for exploring.

We had to park a fair distance away with our rental car which was not the best in the hot temperatures and carrying luggage. No breakfast or food service is offered at this hotel I believe.

Brilliant hotel ,fantastic location ,spotlessly clean ,super comfy bed ,great a/c and fantastic shower .In a great neighbourhood close to lots of lovely places to eat and about a ten minute walk to the old town . Fantastic staff who were super helpful and friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel all day ,after we had checked out , and return later that evening to get changed for our late night flight home . Will most definitely use the hotel again if we return to Rhodes !!
