The staff goes well above and beyond to answer any questions and converse with you without being obtrusive. The a la carte breakfast is phenomenal and includes daily special of local delicacies. Our waiter was very polite and friendly and offered great recommendations. The room was well appointed, bed was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows provided. The turn down service was a nice, unexpected touch. Daily cleaning was top notch. It's only a short walk to all the sights and restaurants.

Bathroom could use extra towel hooks. There was also no space to put down toiletries due to the sink design. There is a lack of any view from most of the rooms, but we knew that when making a reservation.

I’m a frequent guest at Elakati, and it is my go to choice of hotel whenever I’m in Rhodes. The personnel and service are beyond exceptional and so, so friendly. Am always greeted more like a friend than a hotel guest! Each spotlessly clean room is unique, with super comfy beds; however my last visit I stayed in the Elafos suite, though extremely comfortable, is slightly below street level, giving it a bit of a dungeon like feel. It is wheel chair friendly, which fortunately I do not need, but good to know, with everything accessible for those that do need that type of room. Breakfast is made to order and is always top-notch, served in the small pretty courtyard area next to the reception. Placed midway between the beach and old town, within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, sight-seeing, ferry port, and all that Rhodes has to offer.

it’s near to the old town and it’s very modern but feels in keeping. the room was lovely - we had a junior suite (Kavos) but the balconies look onto down stairs suite patio and hot tub so there wasn’t any privacy. breakfast was lovely and the omelettes were fabulous and huge. by far THE best thing about the hotel was the staff - marina and Michael on reception were fabulous and the waiting staff in breakfast were so attentive and friendly - they could not do enough for you - it’s a brilliant hotel and we would definitely book again and recommend.

Loved the area but it was the staff at the hotel that really made my stay amazing. Incredibly friendly, and helpful. I've never met happier and friendlier front desk workers in my life. I loved my time at Elakati. The room was very spacious, with incredible tech. That shower head was amazing and stress relieving. I also enjoyed having a speaker in the bathroom. Thought it would be weird at first but I came to enjoy it immensely. Highly recommend.

It's a very small but pretty hotel, just around the corner from various shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly especially Christina who was the receptionist and who pointed out several interesting things for us to see and do. Breakfast was excellent. Luckily for us we had good weather so going around posed no problem at all.

There wasn't anything to dislike, so I would rate the Elakati an excellent place to stay when in Rhodes

First to start with Hotel provided pick up from the airport to the Hotel. That was a really pleasant surprise. When we arrived immediately received welcome gifts / drinks. The whole mood at the hotel is so cozy and "homey". Hotel personnel makes you feel like home, whenever we ask for something we get much more than we ask. Breakfast were super delicious and every day different small local meal just to taste part of the Greece. Seems like they thought of every small detail possible. Location itself is in the heart of the city. Couple min walk from hotel to the restaurants, oldtown, beach. If you are reading this - look no further. Elakati is perfect for amazing holiday!

I like to give this hotel thumbs up. The staff service is awesome. The lady at front desk made us feel like home. She helped us for the parking. She offered complimentary drink/chocolate when we arrived. She arranged the cleaning lady to set an extra bed for us as there was a miscommunication about the numbers of person to stay. The breakfast was awesome. The room is super clean. The bed is comfortable.

Modern with a quirky twist decoration. Centrally located in town away from the main tourists, near the shopping area and fantastic restaurants, yet only a few minutes walk from the sea, the marina and the old medieval town. In a quiet neighbourhood at the heart of local life. The staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and then freshen up later in the day. Every detail was there to make our stay comfortable, including the chocolate on our pillow every evening and the lovely welcome drinks and chocolates ❤️ We had a technical problem with the AC and were moved to another room immediately and without a fuss.

The only small criticism would go to the breakfast. The menu was lacking the basics: no variety of cereal, granola, pastries (only croissant) or toasted breads. Although some was brought when asked, the porridge wasn’t cooked, the bread was a bit chewy and there was no toaster. Plenty of cheeses, cold meats and egg options though.

We had a great welcome from Christina the manager who served us with complimentary drinks on arrival. The room was just as you would expect from a boutique hotel; the shower was exceptional. Next time I visit I will upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi (Ibiscus). The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked omelette with salad, orange juice, a hot pot of tea. A blackboard with specials served every day inclusive. The manager Christina was a mine of information and recommended 2 restaurants, we used both and were really good (tamam and mama sophia).

For older guests like us technology can be a task, the air con was a bit complicated and came on during the night so left the balcony door open to keep it shut off.

We booked the hotel because it was adults only and the location, but all aspects of our stay were excellent, particularly the staff, who were AMAZING - friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and kind - they couldn't do enough for you and we felt thoroughly spoiled.
