High above my expectations, so much hospitability, care, and smile from personnel and manager! Half board was definately worth it, dinners and wine were amazing, waiters and the cook did everything they could to make us feel perfect, no request was problem for them! Super clean rooms, cleaned everyday, we even got upgrade to better room with jacuzzi on balcony. 10-15 min walk to Old Town, few minutes to beach, lovely walks and promenade by beach, lot of options to drink and eat. Definately sad we had to leave after few days, if ever coming to Rhodes, my choice!

Fantastic location, nearby to the old town and the beach. Staff were lovely and accommodating to us arriving before check in, helpfully ordered taxi for us to airport on departure also. Newly refurbished looking rooms that were cleaned every day.

Breakfast was disappointing, most bread was stale and left out for the day before. Nice coffee machine and watermelon though so often had this and then walked into town for an early lunch. Lifts were quite small so often used stairs when staying on the 4th floor. Few botched jobs in the room but they look nice at least!

The location was excellent, 5 minutes from Elli beach and 10 minutes from the medieval town of Rhodes. The staff was very polite and helpful. The cleaners were taking care of our room every day. The breakfast had a great variety of options. Our bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious.

The rooms were not sound-proof and we could hear every single noise from the corridor and the other rooms. On our first morning, the cleaner entered our room while we were still sleeping but that didn't happen the following days.

Good hotel located in the middle of the town. Small but comfortable room. Perfect shower! Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Jacuzzi on the balcony. The street outside has not much traffic but where are people walking and talking in the middle of the night.

The central air conditioning was set to 22C and the temperature couldn’t be changed.

After an unfortunate experience at our first accommodation, we had done our money and were looking for an alternative, found this place by chance, and it proved a God send. Staff honored booking.com price at the desk and gave us an upgraded room. The dining room fed us and gave us a complimentary desert. When you travel, some places get a rating just for being there. This place deserves your attention because it's having a major upgrade. Its location to the beach and old city is excellent. The staff are an asset. The breakfast / dinner combo price is worth considering.

They are working on their upgrade, but that will pass.

We could not close the door in bathroom, even if we said that on first day - they did not repair it.

It was a nice and quiet stay, nearby the city centrum and also the beach. The breakfast was big - salty or sweet options, fresh fruit, a lot of pastry, coffee... The room was clean with really big bed and beautiful balcony. Only one mistake - there is no parking spot for hotel guest. You need to find parking spot on the street and I think, you need some parking card and also the street is full of cars. Thank you for a nice stay!

Our stay at the hotel was totally amazing! It was a great pleasure staying there. The room and bathroom was spacious, clean and there were everything what we needed. Big advantage - bed was really big and comfortable. We also had a big balcony. Breakfast and dinner were delicious everyday! Lots of various meals and drinks. The staff was also great, everyone at the hotel was friendly, kind and helpful.

It's not the hotel fault, but room next to us we had really noisy and annoying neighbours , and their behaviour was tiring and made us angry. Once we wanted to go to the recepcion but it was our last day so we just let it go. Besides, our stay was absolutely satisfying.

Unfortunately we were provided a room in the annex which was 300m from the hotel. The room was lovely, however the distance was difficult with heavy bags. We would probably not have stayed if we had known this beforehand.

Great location. From the moment we arrived until departure, the customer service had been exceptional with a commitment to making our stay comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Great value for the price paid. Will come back!
