I believe I put a bit high score for this place. But the personal was so friendly that I don’t want to give them a bad score.

Breakfast does not worth the pay. Better to have option without it. Lack of sockets. We only had one on entire room. The air dryer was dirty as hell. Definitely better cleaning is needed.

They are getting a 10 just for the service. Although I was dealing with some issues with my journey they were extremely helpful. The hotel is located in a very central spot of the city. There is a bus stop in front of it and there were several restaurants in a ray of 100m where you can have a quick lunch/dinner. The location is safe too. The room was very clean, the bathroom was big and the plumbing worked perfectly. Thank you.

Breakfast could have been more imaginative and include at the great Greek vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. It was the same every day, although eggs can be boiled, fried, or made into an omelette. Use of environmentally unfriendly packaging - margarine, honey, jams in plastic containers.

We were in transit to Lefkada and decided to stay one night in Thessaloniki. The hotel was super close to the center. We were lucky to get a super new room. It was mega clean, felt luxurious and comfy, we had 2 balconies with view towards the front of the hotel (We could also watch our car).

We went there at the start of our vacation and got a super luxurious room and when we came back after 7 days, we got an old room totally different from the first one.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road... close to the city center and fairly close to the railway station and the bus station that offers departures for Athens. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The cable service includes some English language programming. The management is friendly and attentive. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Location is quite good and the breakfast was nice. The mattress is comfortable. The employees were nice and they also let me check out 30/40min later, which I really appreciate. The room was clean. Super market was close.

The noise from the room next to mine where I could hear phone messages constantly. Also when they were speaking I could hear most of their conversation. The place for charging electronic devices next to the bed is missing and definitely it's needed. The pillow is not standard size. One was too short and the 2 of them were too high. Flushing of the toilet was not working properly.

Excellent location, very nice personel to help for anything. Affordable price for an expected bedroom standart.

I would have preferred the bathroom like on the photo instead of this old one. Shower with too short store was spreadind water everywhere. Next time, I hope to have upgraded bathroom.

Great location, bus stop is literally under the window and the hotel is nicely pretty much half way between the old harbor and Ano Poli. Breakfast was good and with plenty of choices. Very spacious bathroom. Value for money was some of the best I've ever had anywhere.

Great location for a quick stay in Thessaloniki. The room was on the small side, facing a very busy street, but it did not matter at all for a short stay. The customer service was great, with clear instructions. I would call again.

Some guests in the hotel were smoking in their rooms which was noticeable in the corridors.
