We had a brilliant stay at Alexandria hotel. We'd been welcomed by a really friendly girl at the reception! She walked us to the other building of the hotel and explained us everything very well. The room was renovated with new furniture, a comfortable bed and it was clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is top, just a few steps from the lively center with bars and restaurants. Just in front of the hotel is a bus stop were the bus brings you straight to the airport. Definitely a recommendation :)

We have booked 2 rooms, but when we arrived for check-in, the owner has generously offered us 2 appartments instead. When we entered them, all was perfect: clean, spacious, comfortable, well equiped - sooo nice!!! All staff members we met (4 persons) were so kind to us and very helpful. Such a pleasant experience and a nice-to-remember trip to Thessaloniki, Greece. Many thanks! 🤗 P.S. The location is in the most important and central road: Egnatia, that has been made by the romans back in the 4th century before Christ. At a walking distance from Ladadika (Old Town) where we could eat on a terrace, listening to bouzouki and guitar live music. Also close to the Thessaloniki Port and White Tour.

Staffs were welcoming and always smiling. They gave us many good tips for taverns, bakeries, sights, how to get around the city and where to find the best beach. The two of us were accommodated in three twin-beds room with no extra charge. Air condition and big flat screen TV in the room. The bus stop is few metres from the front door.

Noisy neighbourhood, but you can close the window and you won't hear anything from outside, but that is the con of location (the city centre).

Central city location! The room was clean and recently renovated in a very stylish way paying attention to all the details from the curtains, and bed with baldachin to the design of the bathroom floor tiles. The extra bonus was the location of the room (on the opposite part of the busiest street Egnatia) which was soo quiet all the time and you could have a good rest any time of the day. The room was spacious (similar to a studio) we had a good size refrigerator and basic amenities to make you sele coffee or some small breakfast if you like. The internet connection was good and stable when connected through a laptop and not so stable when connected through a phone (not so big issue, you just need to reconnect when you sense that the connection is fable and all starts working well again). The staff was so polite and nice and was very pleasant talking with them.

The staff was very helpful from the start, and made themselves available even after working hours. We had a person that took us to our room and showed all the amenities the room had to offer. The room was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed and clean and spacious bathroom. It even had a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric stove top and a kettle. It was equipped with a TV and electric heating. The room was recently renovated and could comfortably say that it was brand new.

The room was located in a building across the hotel. I would have liked to be notified of that fact beforehand and came to me as a surprise. If you really don't need the formality a hotel has to offer this place offers a great alternative.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especiall the front desk gentle man Velasis. I got into the hotel very late, and they sent me message to give instruction on late check in. Velasis was patient in showing me how key worked, and asissted me with other need as well. The hotel is located in the main big street, right next to the bus to the airport, and not far from other attraction, and central point as well. The room even has a mini refrigerator which I didn't expect. The bed is comfortable. Room not huge, but just right size for me. I am satisfied with the stay.

It is not dislike, but perhaps a bit inconvinence only for first time. I think if they give some instruction on how to operate the old key, it would save them some time to explain to me.

We chose the hotel because of its location. It is close to the places we needed to visit. The parking lot of the hotel we used is a little far away, but we were lucky the first day (it was late in the evening) that a customer entered it to unlock it for us. We had a balcony facing the main street and a nice view of the city.

It is almost impossible to stop in front of the hotel. There is a bus stop and many parked cars. The hotel may offer a ride service to its parking lot. If the customer has more luggage, it will be difficult. All cities have difficulties for cars in their centre.

The fact that the hotel is on the main street is a plus.Everything was fine in the hotel. The friends at the reception were very kind. The room was clean. The hotel is locked at 00.00. You can only enter the hotel with a password. If you are entering in for the first time, you must enter in before 00:00.

During the night, there is no one at the reception where you can get support. There is no hair dryer in the room. Therefore, you have to ask at the reception.

The hotel is a short distance from the main bus station and also a short walk to the main square Aristothelis and the shopping street . I was upgraded( thank you) to a newly renovated beautiful quiet room.

There was a group of people running up and down and talking loudly in the hallways until late at night. There is no reception on the other site of the hotel where is the newly renovated part.

It is a very good location if you come from the train or bus station, close to center by walking distance. Elegant old building with little balconies. Helpful staff.

It would be good if there was a kettle in the room for little early morning coffee or tea. A bit too noisy from the Main Street traffic.
