The hotel is located in a very nice place, very central, very close to the bus stop, shops, cafes, restaurants, everything is on a walking distance, but at the same time on a quiet spot, not right on the central street, but a little bit upper, which is good. The breakfast at the hotel is fabulous. Overall the hotel is very nice and tidy, clean, with very friendly staff. The receptionist even helped me to organize a taxi, when I was checking out. They are very nice people, friendly, helpful and cooperative.

Some noisy neighbors from the next room was really disturbing, someone was coughing all night, starting after midnight, coming out to the balcony, which felt as if someone is coughing in your room and this would wake me up. They were very noisy and the walls very thin, I could hear even how they were fleshing the toilet, this kept me awake all night. I never had insomnia before, this was for the first time I could not sleep all night and that was because of the noisy neighbors, I even remember their room number 702. I wanted to tell the administration of the hotel about this, but as far as I was already leaving, I changed my mind. Would be great if the walls were sound proof, but before that guests should be asked to keep quiet at night, not to bother other guests.

there’s a lot dissonance between the cool fancy “royal” style of the hotel and the state of the suite, uninviting bathroom with terrible lighting, some broken tiles, an air filter that could give a vet ptsd and a cheap plastic shower head that popped in a cascade of silvery green plastic chips at one time. super old inefficient ac thats just way too loud, a mattress that let you feel every other spring and a ton of small cosmetic issues with the walls or some random loose electrical wires that all just seems easily fixable and lazy.

We liked many things. Especially we liked breakfast. The breakfast has different alternatives and every piece of breakfast delicious. The hotel has great location. You do not need public transportation. We arrived Thesselonoski to Hellenic train and we walked 15 minutes Central Train station to the Hotel. The employees are polite and helpful. We visited historical artifacts all of artifacts near to the hotel. Check-out time is perfect. We hope visit again the hotel. Thank you for everything.

It is not about the hotel. But we did not like other customers. The customers a bit odd. Most of them are disrespectful. A man meaninglessly tried to argue with my husband about tomatoes.

The rooms are nice and very comfortable, and if you get to stay on upper floors - the views are quite beautiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The proximity of the hotel to the center is great - it's the perfect amount of walking after dinner. Also, I would like to add that the hotel's unusual style really makes it different from other traditional looking hotels. The cherubs on the bedroom ceilings were a fun discovery 😉

The only thing where I see improvements could be made is the breakfast food selection. But otherwise this hotel is a great place for a short term stay!

The hotel is located in the city center, unfortunately it does not have a parking lot and you have to go to a private parking space about 50m from the hotel that costs 20 euros per night. The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help you with everything you need. The rooms are quite small.

The rooms and the furniture need a renovation because they are quite old and worn. The hotel does not rise to the level of 4 stars as it is in the description. Considering that we only stayed one night there, we felt good and were happy that we could visit the city, being very close to the seafront and the sights.

Excellent location, 20 min of walk to the White Tower and 5-10 min to the Central Market, polite and supportive staff at reception. Clean spacious rooms, we took family one, comfortable beds and mattrasses. A few stores and fast food places are located near the hotel. Parking lots are available not far from the hotel, for which you have to pay (12 Euro per night).

We were accommodated at A floor, it is quite noisy for those whose beds are near the door. A bustle can be heard in the early morning, probably made while setting up tables in the restaurant. Breakfast could be more diversified, though in general it is good.

Everything was great. The design in special. The breakfast team was great. Clean hotel. very good location.

Just maintenance issues (which I expected because it is an old hotel, as his name mention - Classic). The bath tube tap I reported leaking and the shower hose brocket (which it was dangerous for me & for the baby because of the hot water sprinkling) but nobody came to fix it during our 4 nights stay. 1 Reception Team Member was looking bored and he pretended to be busy, to avoid paying tourist attention.

I had an amazing stay in the Imperial Palace Classical Hotel in Thessaloniki. This hotel is very well organized, clean with great facilities and an amazing location in Thessaloniki. In addition, the hotel has amazing stuff members! I would like to shout-out Nicos from reception who supported me with some formalities such as printing and scanning!! I definitely look forward to come back to the Imperial Palace Classical Hotel in Thessaloniki and highly recommend it..

The hotel is conveniently located some 15-20min walk from the city center. There is no parking available at the hotel, but you can park your car in a parking garage that is 1 minute away. Staff is very polite, and breakfast is satisfactory.

Rooms are as advertised and comfortable but I had a feeling that they are in need of slight renovation.

The food was awesome. Many authentic and traditional Greek dishes and sweets were served daily morning during the breakfast. The staff were well behaved and they were very helpful too. Also, the coast line is hardly 10 minutes walk down the streets which can be a major attraction for many.

The wash basin was very annoying. Water always collects outside the rim and they drip directly on top of your feet or they tend to wet your clothing if you are not very careful (avoid touching the glass rim around the sink)!
