Extraordinarily nice personal, very good location, simple furnishing, but it has everything you need. Definitely recommended!

Location is unbeatable. Close to many restaurants coffee shops and taverns for all budgets as well as pharmacies, minimarket, 24 hours convenience store. Aristotelou Square is 10 minutes walking. The hotel is basic but is clean, the bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the staff is very polite and helpful, they even allowed me to do both, an early check-in and late check-out and gave me a double bedroom although I had booked a single.

The shower area is quite small, it was difficult not to splash water on the rest of the bathroom but that's a minor issue.

The room was very clean, the location great and it was good value for money.

There was a question in the booking page from another guest about the parking and the answer of the hotel was misleading by giving the impression that the hotel offers parking while they will just guide you to park on a private parking with a cost of 13 euros. Thessaloniki has a parking issue and if you add the 13 euros to the room price you can just go for a better hotel that offers parking.

A nice place with kind staff in a great location. While building may be old the room was renovated with a nice bathroom. I really liked the "card" for the air-condition which helps to limit the unnecessary use of it.

Not an actual problem but I found it a bit bizarre that I had to leave the room key at the reception every time I left the hotel. It might be the case it was an actual key and not a card.

I didn't try out the food even though I really wanted to, having read good reviews about it - unfortunately I wasn't up in time, but next time ;) loved the spot, the lovely shower, spacious bed, balcony, and the fact that the neighborhood surrounding the hotel is quiet even though it is right in the middle of the city centre!

Perhaps my only point of improvement would be the WiFi, which seemed to disconnect a lot, at least in my room on the 6th floor. I sometimes couldn't connect to it at all and then I did and it was extremely slow - not all the time but when it happened it seemed random? So yes, perhaps a router or a way to enhance the signal would be nice :)

This is our second stay at this hotel. It's great option for 1-2nights. It's clean, have all what needed, excellent location so you can enjoy that lovely part of Thessaloniki. Flaw is that they don't have private parking but there are 2 public parkings around that are ok. We came around 11pm and the receptionist was super kind but can't say the same for other one in the morning. Overall, would recomend!

I loved the stuff (extremely nice and helpful!), I loved the location. I liked the room and the air-conditioning being very effective. The first room I stayed with them, three weeks ago, had a bath too small. Room a bit small. I stayed again at Pella this time, two weeks later, got a double-bed room (instead of a two-disjoint beds-room) and this time all was entirely better., sizewise.

Bath. First time was a bit small. Second time, the shower tub being too low, it fills quickly and you have to wait until it drains, to prevent overspilling. Needs a better drainage system.

The location was great, near to the city center. There is also a breakfast that is apparently good, but I didn't take advantage of it due to an early checkout. There are supermarkets nearby.

There is a receptionist who insists on leaving the key with him when you leave the hotel (not checkout).

Hotel in an excellent location, great and friendly staff. First I got a new cramped single room and a bad shower, broken toilets. After two days I asked to be changed and moved to a room for two people, slightly more spacious. The hotel is old and the maintenance is not good but I still had a pleasant stay

The location was good, close to the port, some nice restaurants and 24/7 supermarket. Our room was at the top floor so our balcony was more like a rooftop with a city panorama. We loved it so much that we were close to slipping outside, if it weren't for the birds and insects.

The room has a "communist" '60s-'70s look, even though Greece was not part of the communist block. The room was a bit too small. We were just in transit, so we left part of our luggage in the car. Otherwise, we wouldn't have had enough space.
