Super comfortable bed, plenty of room to put things away in drawers, a good desk for working at with my laptop. Perfect location on the edge of the city centre. Easy to walk everywhere yet quiet at night. Reception staff helpful and efficient, housekeeping staff did a great job.

Although the breakfast was good and varied, the coffee was cold, which reduced the overall enjoyment! Strange bathroom design. There was an internal window that let in smells of pipes/other rooms' bathrooms. And to take a shower, you climb into a high sided bath that has a curved 'floor' so no flat space to stand while showering. Could be quite dangerous for less mobile people to maneuver round in and get out of!

Fast and professional. In addition the lady that was checking me in was handling an irate customer. She handled her with respect and she kept her composure calm and professional. I was very impressed how she handle that customer !!

The hotel exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel. The location was perfect which was not up in the central area with all the noise but just a 3 minute walk down the river which was perfect for me as I traveled both sides of the town. The room was quite comfy, the bed was very good and the shower water was always perfect temperature.

Only downside for me of the hotel is the not so rich breakfast but I realise that not everything can be perfect otherwise it would be more stars and it would cost a lot more for us. Acceptable downside on my part.

The location of the hotel. The fact that they had parking area in the back yard of the hotel. The breakfast was nice. The staff was really helpful.

The bathroom was small. They didn't have family rooms or interconnected rooms. The decoration of the room /allocation of furniture could have been better or with better use of the available space. The fact that from the parking area the hotel looks old.

Basic but nice size room and a little balcony with river view. 2 min from the KTEL Trikala ticket office (shuttle to the bus termainal is available). 1 min from the taxi stop (5 EURO to the bus terminal). Strong WiFi. Nice set of amenities (inc. tooth brush and paste). Varieties of breakfast selection.

check in was not really organized. A/C not strong. Fridge not very cool.

Breakfast was good enough. Location is very good as well. Rooms are cleaned every day. There was complimentary water in the fridge every day.

I didn't like a shower basin. And there is no hanger for the shower head so you need to hold it while you are in process. This is not very convenient.

although breakfast was nice, except of artificial juice instead of at least from concentrate abd the coffee was also not what I would expect. But the lobby bar was open, so you could order espresso for extra money… Also the walls are not that soundproof, you could hear all the other’s alarms, showers and TV :(

- it was clean and comfortable - there were all kinds of cute toiletries - there was an AC - the room had a big balcony - the breakfast was good and diverse

- the parking lot at the hotel was full, so I had to park in another place. It was still free, as it was provided by the hotel, but it was 2 streets away, which was not great given that I had some luggage that I had to carry all the way

In general everything is very good, polite reception, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.

It had the tiniest shower we have ever experienced. Parking near entrance is busy almost always. Second parking was difficult to find even with picture, better to put there any enlightened sign.

Spacious-Spotless clean room on 2nd floor with a river view. The hotel is located in a short walking distance from city center. It's the ideal spot to explore the city's attractions and the nearby areas Hotel very helpful always with a smile. Very tasteful breakfast. Hoper return in near future !
