The hotel is excellent value for money. Great location and excellent breakfast facilities with great variety and quality food. The air-condition was working great helping us cope with the heatwave. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were expecting a budget hotel, but it is so much above that level.

The bathroom was rather small and the elevator was small (it can hardly fit 3 persons). But the overall facilities are nice, so you can easily overlook any such minor shortcomings.

Breakfast was worthy of a 4+star hotel. The location was convenient and the soundproofing of the outside windows was excellent. Easy layout of the rooms from the elevator and breakfast room with wide views of the street and river.

Greek coffee is the only type of coffee that is not included in the breakfast price. It's strange if you think that espresso is included and you can drink as much coffee or tea as you like. However, the service at the breakfast room makes up for it, as does the high-quality products that are available.

The room was good, a comfortable bed, a hot shower, quiet, mosquito nets, but did not have a tea kettle. 5 min walking to the bus station in the city where you can buy a ticket, Meteora bus stops there. For other directions, a minibus 16 stops there, buy a ticket from the cashier at the bus station, the cashier knows the schedule, it will take you to a central bus station in 15 min.

on Thursday the hot breakfast was not good (it looked like a cook had a day off), on Friday the breakfast was very good.

The hotel is great, just in the centre, you can also find a parking in front (but you have to agree about it before) The room is not very big, but the bed is huge and very comfortable We had towels, dressing gowns and sleepers, which is not typical for a 3 star hotel ❤️ The bathroom is good and clean Wi fi is fast Breakfast is excellent The staff is great One of the best from small city hotels in my life

The room was clean. The front desk lady was very helpful when checking in and out. The location was great, lots of choices for dinner around the hotel.

The small shower, with a shower curtain that doesn't fit all the way down so the water got everywhere. The shower curtain stuck to my body while trying to shower

The hotel was in a perfect location with river view, near to many restaurants and cafe and you could park outside even though it is in the city centre. The breakfast provided plenty of choices and was delicious. Staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Also they provided some free amenities (bottles of water, slippers and dental kit,). The hotel seemed recently renovated. Finaly they followed all the covid-19 rules and providing free gloves and antiseptic. Highly recommended.

The water was not so hot and the bathroom could be a bit bigger but was ok for the price. Same for the elevator.

A suggestion to improve the breakfast: The variety of warm options could be improved. In addition we arrived half an hour before the closing time and two of the days most of the warm dishes were either finished or cold. If those are improved, everything will be great

-Excellent location, walking distance to all major spots in the city. -Very helpful and polite staff, 24/7 help desk at the reception. -Serious attempt to keep the rooms and the facilities clean

-Only one elevator, the hotel was fully booked, it would take ages to climb upstairs, let alone carrying 2 suitcases of 20 kg each upstairs (3rd floor) -We found genital hair on the toilet seat (but overall the cleanness was apparent) -Breakfast not that good, not many options, textile of food looked a bit... old; could have fewer options in terms of variety and more like premium raw material

Friendly staff, good location, great breakfast. Good wifi , was able to use Chromecast perfectly. I forgot my passport in the hotel and , even though I feel they could have done a bit more to help me get it back (I had to take care of everything like pickup/dropoff and billing which is not the easiest as a tourist in a foreign country), they still went through the effort of letting me know, giving me courier information and replied to all questions within the hour.

Bad Air Conditioning. Outside temperature was only about 30 degrees, left AC on max all day and night, yet inside temperature never went below 24. Not a big problem but for a hotel of this size the elevator was tiny and had a sign discouraging its use.

The bed was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was also great, the staff was really polite and the location of the hotel was perfect.

The shower curtain was a little bit short, so the water was splashing out a bit, but it wasn't such a big problem overall.
