Wonderful, welcoming staff goes above and beyond in service. Breakfast provides options for every kind of diet, and includes delicious cheese/spinach pies, eggs, cheese, fruit, nuts, the works!

Lots of accidents waiting to happen: steps with no railings, slippery floors by pool, shiny slippery tile in shower floor (having broken a hip, I can’t afford an accident) … Also, no full mirror in my room (I hear other rooms had one), and mold in corners and beginning to form in the shower tile grouts does not instill confidence in the quality of cleaning. Being that the room cost was on the pricey side, I expect better.

Nice and convenient pool area, minimialictic design, location was good, close to the beach, 10 minutes from Chora, good breakfast with large variety of sweet options

Staff was acting like guests were just necessary addition to the place, most of them were not very welcoming, not even saying good morning when they see you. Sheets should be changed at least 3 times for 8 nights stay and they did it once.

Room Clean and simple. Room service very operative. Good breakfast. Good facilities. Near family beaches.

Position is far from other POI of the island. You can’t stay without renting a car. Too much windy for scooters and motorcycles. Swimming pool is Unusable for Meltemi in August

The very friendly welcoming upon arrival. They gave us a free upgrade to the penthouse suite that was massive, king-size bed, robes and slippers, and our own outdoor spa pool. The bathroom was amazing with a two person shower and full amenities. The outdoor pool was massive with sunlounges a plenty. Room and pool service available at no fee, and the free breakfast was stunning.

Flexibility to the check out. Not informed either by booking or from the hotel for additional charges for tax reasons but only during the check out that when paid through booking wasn't mentioned.

The crumbly solid shower gel/ body soap - it might be eco-friendly but I couldn't get used to it The room was missing coffee/tea-making equipment and bathrobes

Our room was absolutely gorgeous with a view of the pool area. The hotel is well maintained and the staff were very friendly. They assisted us with hiring a car which was a smooth process. A couple of very nice restaurants within walking distance.

No family rooms meant we had to book an extra room for kids. Seemed a bit pricey but then this is true of the Greek islands as a whole not just this chain of hotels.

Loved our stay, fantastic really friendly staff, great room and facilities. Pool was lovely in a beautiful suntrap with well positioned sunbeds / shades. Let us borrow an umbrella for the beach on our first day and recommended some stunning places to see. Highly recommend a visit to Mr and Mrs Whites! We'll be coming back :)
