close to the airport big room

Airport shuttle is extreme expensive an Uber is more than 70% cheaper Misleading Booking.com advertisement because at the start a booking was shown with free breakfast for a room 3 months later. Because of this we were under the impression that breakfast was included for our room as well which was not the case.

Amazing stay and very spacious. Loved how clean the space was and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel was only a 10min ride to the airport.

All the facilities, cleanliness, staff, restaurant, location, ease of check-in and check-out, view.

The bathroom could be better. It's comfortable. Shower water volume is great. But it could be better, and if it was better, this place would have exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at hotels with fewer great reviews, where all other facilities are not as nice, and yet the bathroom experience was better.

very clean. super comfortable bed. friendly night staff. arrived half hour after kitchen closed & they were willing to get me a glass of wine & make me a pizza.

the pizza sucked. i ended up ordering food delivery. some confusion/miscommunication about food delivery drivers not being allowed to enter hotel property. not sure what the issue was with the people in line in front of me, but I stood in line for over 20 min waiting to check out (as my poor taxi driver patiently waited for me outside)

Comfortable and quiet room, good restaurant, good value and a lovely outdoor area. Also staff who were super communicative regarding the airport transfers I used (booked through hotel)

The airport transfer booked through the hotel was very expensive given it’s so near the hotel (5 minutes) having said that I wanted a safe option as a solo traveller who had not been to GC before and this was delivered

There was a miscommunication regarding our request for a shuttle to the airport. When we check in we informed the staff that we will be needing a shuttle to the airport. They gave me the price and they said they will charge the credit card on file. When we check out it was not showing that we requested a ride. Staff have to make phone calls to get ride. We waited at the lobby and paid cash for the ride.

We stayed two non-consecutive nights at this hotel. It is very modern if you like that. The rooms have all the amenities and the price was extremely reasonable. The beds are very comfortable, there is kitchen with a stove and microwave and the second night a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. I could imagine living comfortably in this hotel for an extended period of time.

My wife and I enjoyed our short stay immensely and wish we could have stayed much longer. The hotel was secure, spotless, and we received immediate attention upon approaching the access-controlled entrance. Front desk clerks were bilingual and very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable - as was the king-size bed.

The only thing missing that would have knocked the ball out of the park was a balcony to enjoy the surroundings. But there was still a poolside deck with lounge chairs on the main level.

Great hotel. Clean, nice and helpful staff. Nice outdoor area. Close to a Boulevard closed for cars on Sundays, lots of people doing sports or walking their dogs. I would definitely come back.

It would be great to see more vegetarian options in the menu.

Restaurant needs to improve the service, I feel ignored they kept busy and never noticed a guest the front desk ms Sharon come up and help clean the table but after I got the table waitress was slow from 7:30 am by 9 am I was just getting the food :(
