Hotel Santander Plaza

Hola Management. I enjoyed my stay at Santander Plaza Hotel. That's why I want to share a couple of practical suggestions: 1. Correct the hotel address at booking.com. Giving customers an incorrect (fake) address is bad for your business. 2. On booking.com, flag your hotel that it has a 24/7 reception desk. I was looking for that, but Santander wasn't listed. So, I stayed for more than a week in a different hotel. Your loss.

Great Stay! I choose this hotel because of its location and rates. Thanks to booking.com, I got upgraded to the apartment type suite! the room is HUGE, big balcony, 2 large beds and large bathroom. I loved that they had some kitchen appliances like a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Nice breakfast was also included I felt very safe staying here!

There were some small rips in the fabric of the window drapes or hardware that seemed to be falling off....small details which could easily be fixed to make an older hotel look fresh.

The location is great, there are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 5-10mins walking distance. Our room had 2 double beds and conservatory which was unexpected!!, it was so comfy, clean and spacious, we slept really in the beds. We had everything we needed in the room; a coffee maker, TV and large bathroom with a strong shower and hot water. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, they went above and beyond for us, we were able to arrange an early check in and a late check out to fit around our flights. We were very comfortable here and would definitely recommend it. A lovely place to stay and great value for money.

The hotel is very well-located in Zona 10, with plenty of handy amenities nearby. Our room felt pretty palacial and was equipped with a mini-kitchen. Hotel staff were very helpful and the wifi was good and fast!

Reception staff were very helpful in person, but my enquiries via Booking.com (before we arrived) went unanswered. (Asking for a taxi transfer from the Litegua bus station in Zone 1 to the hotel, and asking about transport from the hotel to the airport.)

excellent service, the staff there were amicable and courteous; not to mention our breakfast was delicious. I would your hotel on future trips to Guatemala City.

We were in room 203; it would be awesome if a hair dryer would be a standard feature. We asked for one, but unfortunately, it was broken!

Excellent location. With spacious closet and sore of kitchen and a table for two. Pretty silent at night. Breakfast included was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Nice hotel in it's day, good price for room size and location. Good breakfast. Nice staff

Elevator was broken the entire week we were there. Poor lighting in the shower- a clear shower curtain would've helped. No hotel safe. Free shuttle only limited hours- ask. Uber would have been cheaper. Breakfast buffet is free M-Sat, not Sunday. Buffet probably not the best choice during a pandemic.

Breakfast was supberb. I appreciate the fact that the hotel was perfectly located to accommodate the transactions we needed to do. We felt safe. The hotel and the area around was clean. The staff was helpful making it more convenient and comfortable. The choice to stay was an excellent one.

Taxi seemed a bit difficult. We thought that there was shuttle services..

The property need a big upgrade. Rooms are big and confortable, the staff is helpful and friendly but bathroom need an upgrade

Need upgrade but valuable for the money

really good breakfast, location is great, WiFi, rooms are super clean , i was able to check in 30 mins before the normal time

plumbing might need a bit of work, AC made a hard noise when it stopped like a door closing
