Breakfast was great. The pool was nice.

On several occasions I found that the staff at the front desk were not very helpful. Whenever I asked them a question about facilities or rooms they said they did not know the answer, but they never offered to find the answer. Although a conference was occurring at the hotel the front desk staff never knew when and where events were being held. I had tried to book a meeting room for one of my days three months ahead of the conference but I never got a confirmation or price until the day of my meeting. I did not learn the room number until an hour before my meeting began, which made it difficult to coordinate the meeting with participants.

The service always meets and exceeds expectations. As a primarily English speaker it was easy to get help if needed. The staff was also very patient when I tried to use my Spanish skills! The beds and rooms were very comfortable. I also really liked the little lavender oil bottle as I tend to be a nervous traveler.

The first night I arrived, the sheets did not seem clean. There was not anyone left in housekeeping. The front desk did send up some clean sheets right away that I used to make up the bed. The rest of the room was clean and everything was great in the room for the rest of the stay.

I enjoyed the pool and hot-tub. The people that brought food and beverages to my room were friendly and attentive. The restaurant staff were also friendly, warm and attentive. The people that cleaned my room were exceptional and efficient.

The young female receptionists did not smile once, or even offer a warm welcome when I registered. I was at the hotel 9 days and not once did they ask how they could help me or offer a cordial word. Often they appeared annoyed if I approached them with a request to validate my parking ticket or if I had a question. Instead, I waited until evening time to ask the older male receptionist any questions that I needed to ask or to make any special guest requests.

Outstanding structure, in a nice and safe neighborhood only 15 minutes from the airport. Nice facilities, great outdoors pool and jacuzzi, kind staff, and a peculiar add-on that turns out to be useful in these times: an internal clinic to carry out antigenic test (required for most international flights), operating every day from 6 to 8 PM, with result delivered to you by email in less than two hours as a PDF that the reception will kindly print for you.

More outdoor tables to have drink or dinners outdoors, by the pool (existing facility but limited, and very much appreciated these times)

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and all the staff was accommodating and very friendly. The lady at the breakfast restaurant was very sweet and accommodated us with extra requests for our todller.

The crib provided was very very small so our toddler had to sleep in the bed with us. This was not an issue but I can see how it could be an issue to another family. Perhaps having play pens which are bigger upon request would be really helpful.

All excellent.

Maybe it's cultural, but in the restaurant you have to ask everything twice. Also, removing non-used utensils from the table is on request only, it seems.

well kept, friendly staff, good amenities

the front desk not very helpful. they did not understand the bookings, needed to contact manager to honor rates. it happened three times with other guests in our party. manager resolved the issue

The Westin is an incredible hotel. It offers everything you would need for a short stay and is close to the airport while also being near the city centre. The room was clean, staff very friendly and food was delicious.

Slightly expensive.

Wide array of facilities, pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, all great. Good breakfast though coffee could be stronger. Perfect location, close to restaurants and bars and a short 5-10 minute ride to the airport. My room was quiet and curtains were dark, so I slept well.

A couple of the treadmills in the gym don't work.

The carpet looked old and stained (maybe not necessarily dirty?). Maybe it needs a bit of work. This hotel has always looked and felt clean and comfortable. It's still good, but a bit less than years ago. (perhaps the pandemic being so recent?)
