It was a beautiful stay. Kind and friendly staff. Great beds. Amazing shower and bathroom. Good location. It was luxurious. But price-quality, its a bit pricey in comparisson to other stays in Guatemala. But it was lovely, the rooms are very spacious and charming if you like the antique style (not modern style ). It was very neat and the breakfast buffet was really good. Also dinner options are nice. Also room service was very delicious food.

The massage wasn't my cup of tea but that's very subjective. it was a very friendly person who gave it to me. So i am grateful. The swimmingpool was very nice but crowded and quite noisy. So less peaceful then expected. In general price versus quality is a bit overpriced in comparisson to other places in Guatemala.

On several occasions I found that the staff at the front desk were not very helpful. Whenever I asked them a question about facilities or rooms they said they did not know the answer, but they never offered to find the answer. Although a conference was occurring at the hotel the front desk staff never knew when and where events were being held. I had tried to book a meeting room for one of my days three months ahead of the conference but I never got a confirmation or price until the day of my meeting. I did not learn the room number until an hour before my meeting began, which made it difficult to coordinate the meeting with participants.

The hotel is beautiful. We stood just one night due to a missed flight. We checked in after 9pm. and asked for a late check out at 4 pm. We had to pay $60 extra, but the staff was accommodating.

I would have liked it if you offered late check out for those who check in late due to emergencies like mine. Or a cheaper price if checking in as late as I did.

Best hotel where I have been in Guatemala city, excellent location with a supermarket, a mall, a Main avenue and restaurants close. The breakfast was outstanding due to the variety and good taste. I loved that they immediately applied a feedback I provided which means that they really care for their guests. Really clean rooms, and comfortable pillows

Elevators from parking to lobby smelled really Bad.

There seemed to be a restaurant associated with the hotel though I am not completely sure. It had an Italian name. I ordered grilled vegetables- thinking they would be fresh grilled as I have had them in Spain and other places. Instead they were cooked vegetables and I should have sent them back, but hate making a fuss. The next two days I had diarrhea.

The service always meets and exceeds expectations. As a primarily English speaker it was easy to get help if needed. The staff was also very patient when I tried to use my Spanish skills! The beds and rooms were very comfortable. I also really liked the little lavender oil bottle as I tend to be a nervous traveler.

The first night I arrived, the sheets did not seem clean. There was not anyone left in housekeeping. The front desk did send up some clean sheets right away that I used to make up the bed. The rest of the room was clean and everything was great in the room for the rest of the stay.

Facilities were excellent

Hot water stopped coming out at 8 pm, and they only fixed it the next day 8am. They over charged me and have not yet refunded me.

The room is super comfortable, extremely clean, bed is comfortable and shower is great. The hotel has great amenities, the pool and jacuzzi were impecable. The gym has enough equipment to accommodate the guests. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

We stayed for one night and it was a lovely bit of luxury before our next stop. Staff were brilliant, the location is very central and close to shops should you need it. The sports facilities, pool and sauna were also great perks!

Bathromms need to to be updated, we stayed on the 3rd floor the first time and the shower part needs to be updated. the second time around we stayed on the eight floor and shower part was better, still needed to be updated.
