If you need anything talk to the staff they are very nice and friendly. If you plan to do activities during your stay, like hike volcano pacaya, mention it to the hotel so they can arrange it or help you with tips. I came to Guatemala with my friend for her birthday and they served us breakfast on the terrace and decorated the table. When you leave and come back you have to ring the doorbell and someone answers the door and welcomes you back to the hotel. Inside the hotel are so many beautiful things to see. The garden, the pool, the hangout room, the terrace, and your room (even up to the bathroom) are all beautiful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was perfect and comfortable.

A little oasis in Antigua. The courtyard and the rooms were beautiful. We stayed for one night after doing the overnight volcano hike and it was perfect to relax and recuperate. A little luxury after a very strenuous couple of days. Very sweet and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast too.

The pool is not the best for swimming, but that doesn’t matter as you only need it to cool down once in a while.

Atmospheric boutique hotel. Rooms are shabby chic style. Wonderful patio with swimming pool. Breakfast is ok. Good location, Nice rooftop. 5 minutes walking to the main plaza.

Toilet needs an upgrade.

Staying in Posada was like coming home to your own private sanctuary. The entire staff was excellent and the breakfast each day was delicious. Location was excellent. We truly felt welcomed each day. Its a must-stay in Antigua.

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer.

this is just the perfect hideaway. five minutes walk from the center of Antigua…everything at this hotel is tasteful - the furniture, the interior, the flowers…the staff is just amazing - very helpful with whatever, always friendly…we had the most amazing time…thank you!! ❤️

Beautiful! Looks really old! Wonderfully attentive staff! Comfortable bed. Great restaurant right next door. Wonderful location, near to the Central Plaza. Tasty breakfast out on the terrace, with a volcano view.

Could only get warm water or morning shower. :(

The staff were very helpful and the room (top floor suite) was beautiful but shabby chic. The top floor terrace has great view.

The bath took for ever to fill. Also wild life at night rustling on the roof was scary until we knew what it was.

wonderful atmosphere, most tasty decoration, comfortable suite room, very quiet but still walking distance to the center. breakfast was ok; choices limited. very helpful and nice staff.

This property is absolutely beautiful with friendly, attentive staff and delightful, large rooms (and bathrooms). We are so glad we stayed there and hope to come back.

Nothing, we liked everything. It would be nice if they had a few snacks available with the cocktails, like some chips.

From managers to housekeepers, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was immaculate and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. There were lunch and dinner options within walking distance. The city of Antigua was beautiful and very interesting. I highly recommend this location.
