The breakfast was amazing. Excellent coffee, so many breakfast options, all more delicious than the other. The hotel is centrally located, sparkling clean, quiet. You have breakfast on the terrace whilst looking at the volcanoes. The coffee is their own brand and it's delicious. The breakfast options are abundant so that if you stay a long time you won't get bored. Try the hot sauce! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, all in all lovely. We will be coming back. They even did nice animal shapes with our towels. This place is worth the stay.

Everything was beyond expectations. I could never complain.

Toilet - sometimes malfunction of the flush on the toilet. Usually hot shower but it happened that it turned cold. Otherwise ok. There is no restaurant even though it's written. Do not book trip to Acatenango/Fuego over hotel - they want 90$ which is double or even triple the prize than travel agencies want.

Very nice place to stay, cute little garden, clean and nice beds. We stayed here multiple times. They kept our luggage for free when we went hiking the acatenango.

i dont think that i should put this as a negative thing, since it's a spanish talking country of course, but most of the personel dont speak any english.

It said breakfast was included , but it didn't say what extras were for breakfast. I had asked for an iron for clothing was given a steamer and it was taken away before I could finish using it. Needed a ceiling fan in room

When our first accommodation fell through, this place took us in last minute and we are so glad they did. The staff was so kind and the whole place is gorgeous. The Wi-Fi works great and the shower has plenty of hot water. Wish we found them earlier!

a perfect stay

Great place to stay and a short walk to the centre of antigua. Its in a quiet location although there was noise one night due to some party going on. The rooftop is gorgeous for breakfast with excellent views of the volcanoes. Bedroom and bathroom are nice, however the bed is slighly smaller than usual double beds ive seen at hotels. Great place to stay though.

Very little natural light in room, rooftop lacked a bit of atmosphere. Otherwise great.

The quiet of the room, the lovely rooftop, and the location is close enough to the plaza mayor and far enough away to be out of the heavy traffic. A peaceful spot in a busy city.

My room was a bit dungeon like lacking color.

Not really the property itself but the shuttle I booked through them were an hour late. when I arrived the taxi driver seemed to have problems finding it due to a closed road.
