We booked this place at the last minute same-day as when we arrived at our original accommodations in Budapest, we realized it didn't have AC during an intense heat wave. I chose this place on such short notice based on the excellent reviews, and was not disappointed! The host was very responsive and we had access to the place within an hour. It was in an excellent location serviced by several bus lines that made getting around the city a breeze. The room itself was spacious, clean, quiet, and had AC that kept us comfortable during our time there. We even ended up eating at several of the restaurants/cafes the host recommended to us - everything we ate that he suggested was fabulous! I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Budapest.

We couldn't figure out how to use the TV in the room.

We enjoyed our trip to Budapest very much. We visited most of the recommended places, used also the buses hop in/off for three days, the blue bus line and the ship trip. We spent the week very intensive. The Rudas therms are beautifull, but the buildings and the Margherita Island too. The room in the hotel was all we needed and expected. There was warm and clean enough. The bed was comfortable. The localisation was optimal to visit the capital. The host was very helpfull and contact us with engagement. The accommodation is absolutely amazing! Our room was spacious and the bathroom was bigger that we expected it to be. You're given a code for the main entrance and then you get the key for your room. Self check in and check out. The host was very kind and they sent me all the instructions through whatsapp, videos and photos, making the check in very easy. They responded at every question and they also sent some recommendations :) The hotel is maybe 30 minutes away from the city center(walking distance) and 10 minutes away from the ruin bars(very convenient haha). The train station is just a few minutes away. The metro is also pretty close. We felt verg safe in the area. It is extremely clean! I didn't see any dust anywhere and everything was shining when we came. The bed is just perfect and the pillows are not too soft nor too hard. There are some tea and coffee bags and an electric kettle+plus some glasses. We didn't see any cutlery, but we didn't expect any. The TV works fine. The bathroom was clean and the towels they gave us were soft. There are soap and shower gel dispensers. Plenty of space in the closet. The A/C works well and it was just what we needed after a long day of visiting Budapest. There is an Aldi nearby and plenty of smaller shops around. We didn't see a fridge and we didn't ask if they have one since we didn't need it, but the host would've probably answered in a few minutes. Quick and easy communication! The cleaning ladies were also kind and helped us to get to our room. They offer a storage room for your bags in case you get here earlier than the check in time and they are also willing to hold your luggage after the check out time in case you still want to visit. I loved everything everything, thank you so much <3

1) We are seniors and assigned to stay @ 1st floor where we need to climb a flight of stairs with the heavy luggages. The host was helpful and kind to assign his supervisor to help us to bring the heavy luggages up to our room. 2) when check-out, we requested for assistance with the heavy luggages and the host assigned the cleaner to assist with our heavy luggages. 3) The staff attitude were good (polite & helpful)

Maybe to have a lift so as not to trouble others for assistance. I'm fine with digitalization but not all seniors are able to use digitalization. If there is a self-service washing/drying with payment would be great.

Spacious room with large comfy bed, sofa, coffee table, tea & coffee making facility, large wardrobe and ensuite with shower. Located close to public transport it is easy to get to and from the city centre, the reasonably fit could even walk to the centre in approx. 15mins. Nearby is a supermarket if there's any essentials you forgot to pack and some nice cafes to grab that morning coffee. The owner sent us the key codes for the main door and for the key box that held our room key by WhatsApp prior to our arrival which meant we could check ourselves in when we arrived. Our host also arranged a taxi for us that took us from the airport to the hotel. Budapest itself is an amazing city with lots to see and do. We went to the thermal spas, had an evening dinner cruise on the Danube, went to the Christmas markets and toured the city sights.

We didn't dislike anything. Only thing I will mention is that this is a city location and so city noise is to be expected even through the night, such as traffic and the occasional emergency vehicle siren. We expected this and took earplugs, I'd advise you to do the same if you're a light sleeper.

One of the best hosts I had chance to encounter, supportive & helpful guidance through out the whole accommodation process, and lots recommodations in the beautiful capital of Hungary. Would most definitly recommed this property, if you wish to be positivly embraced.

Missing a small fridge, would be very practical!

We came from another country by train, we were very tired, that's why the destination of that place was very good for us. It is nearly 5 min from the Keleti station by foot. There was a little park nearby, there was a supermarket, a small shop that worked at night too, in the parallel street there was a beautiful cathedral where you can attend organ concerts on Wednesdays for free, there was a money exchange spot near and souvenirs shops. You can catch the bus very close, or you can go by metro (near the keleti station). In the underground there are offices and you can get really good recommendations about city public transports. The instructions about our room were given very clearly by the owner. We really enjoyed our trip. Good luck Eyal. Thank you.

Despite being a last-minute booking, the manager was polite and provided all the necessary information. The room was spacious. They cleaned the room, and refilled the tea/coffee packets. They even allowed me to place the luggage after the check time for few hours. Not to mention the smart TV—it was great to relax and enjoy some music after a long, tiring day.

There is no elevator. Dragging the luggage to the second floor was a bit difficult.

Central location, at walking distance from the famous New York Cafe Budapest and a few public transport stops away from other main attractions. Charming building, large clean room, helpful fast responding host and all at a great price. We parked in a near-by parking lot over the weekend at just 10 euro per day, and free on the street in front of the building during the weekend.

The price and service was very good so we can't complain really but ideally a fridge in the room and larger blankets would of made our stay even better.

Great contact with the host over WhatsApp. I loved the self-check-in procedure, thus, the possibility of arriving a bit later (very handy if you travel by car from a long-distanced country). The apartment was tidy and clean, the air-conditioning was working well, towels and other toiletries were in place, and the beds were comfortable. Although I had already prepared a plan for Budapest, it was still very nice to receive a list of recommended places to check in the city from the host. I'd love to return here some time in future.

There is no private hotel parking thus if travelling by car one needs to figure out where to leave it. There is a city parking on the same street but it is paid Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 and you can stay there for three hours maximum. We had a quite small number of AC sockets available in the room, located in not very convenient places. A small fridge in the apartment could be very handy in Summer.
