Breakfast was probably highlight. It was really good selection, very tasty, I'd probably say — excluding really fancy hotels — this one was the best we've been to. Even coffee was fairly good (and I'm peculiar about it…) and tea selection was superb. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, really clean, big enough. Staff was nice and helpful too. Overall one of better stays we had :)

Really minor (or personal) things. They provided us with two small covers while we'd much more prefer one large. Bed also had tendency to move slightly if we sat by the wall side. Location was reasonable, easy access to buses and metro and even walk to centre was fine, but definitely wouldn't call it a highlight of the hotel. Definitely a lot of people in the area that made us uncomfortable, but TBH it was true in most parts of Budapest.

I stayed at this hotel from 27/11 to 1/12. I booked a double room through Booking and I must say that the quality/price was excellent. Given the price, I wasn't expecting an excellent breakfast, but we had to think again. Buffet with a wide choice: croissants, cakes, tarts and much more awaited us every morning. Clean and comfortable rooms, with large bathrooms. And then the location is excellent, close to the bus and metro stop, with free wifi. I highly recommend it

Only early in the morning on the road to the hotel entrance do you hear some noise of trucks unloading goods and then it passes

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was conveniently close to multiple bus and metro stops. The sheets and towels were impeccably clean. The deluxe room offered a comfortable bed size. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

WiFi signal in the rooms was disappointingly weak, although strong downstairs. Upon entering the room, it felt slightly chilly and took some time to warm up. However, the heating system was too loud to sleep with it on. I found the scent of the hand soap in the room unpleasant but this is rather a personal preference!

Hotel had great breakfast. Nice locality. We had superior room which was nice (much space). The room itself was really clean.

Weird was that when we came it was really cold inside the room, like 18 degrees. We turned the heating on, but the floor was cold all the time because heating was in form of some kind of air conditioning. Also the ventilator in bathroom was working all the time. We didn't find switch witch could turn it off. And in the shower was no soap, like at all. Glasses for water were pretty dirty. You don't expect that when you are in the 3 star hotel.

+ close to train station (Budapest-Keleti) + breakfast included (fresh fruit 😋) + fridge, coffeemaker, electric kettle + vegan soap, lotions & shampoo 🌱🖤 + nice room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom + friendy staff

- more vegan options for breakfast would have been nice (like oat milk or vegan butter), but there's a supermarket across the street, so you can get your own

Good location near the train station. Comfortable, clean, pleasant room, and a nice-feeling hotel. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was excellent. There's a great little Thai restaurant very close (basically just around the corner) and the superb traditional Hungarian restaurant Rosenstein is just 2-3 blocks away for dinner. The hotel seemed like good value for money. I'd stay here again.

Our room was near the lift and we could hear noise from people using it late at night, and noise from a free weekend concert in the park at the end of the street. (Nice park for a short walk though.) The toilet didn't always shut off after flushing--we usually needed to jiggle the knob. The general area feels a little "seedy".

The reception staff were pretty good. Jeanette helped us with booking attractions and working out how to use public transport. The breakfast staff were mixed.

The breakfast staff were unhelpful. There were tea making facilities I.e. a pot of boiling water but no water in it and when I pointed this out there was a shrug etc. When the pot was filled it wasn't turned on so no boiling water for tea. I know that in the scheme of things this is tiny but at breakfast I just want a cup of tea.

Lovely staff, great hotel in all aspects. This hotel is off the centre drag though, so if you are looking for central hotel feeling that comes with a vacation I would choose closer to St Stephens Basilica Church and around that area. However this hotel is a few stops away on a bus or a metro from the centre and it is a 5 minute walk to these stops from the hotel. All in all for the price of the hotel, it was great value and comes with a breakfast buffet. There is also an Aldi about 20 yards away across the street. At night the streets can become pretty quiet, so I have no idea what the vibe would be like when it goes dark in winter earlier, we visited in May and it was pretty warm? Top tip if you want to eat cheaper than the tourist restaurants search out 'canteens' to eat in around the city, this is where the locals eat and the food is well priced.

I like everything to be honest, the location could have been more central.

Good location, close to metro stations of different lines, also convenience store is around the corner as well as dedicated scooter parking. Staff was super nice, they also store your luggage until you check in if you arrive early. Breakfast was awesome as well, definitely recommend to take it!

Room was no so clean when we arrived, but we requested cleaning almost every day so they maintained cleanliness. Also check size of room before yoy book - 16m2 is really small.

Staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The room was amazing value for the price. Check in and out was very easy. Hotel is relatively far walking distance from most attractions (30 minutes ish) but public transport is so reliable and easy to use that the location was not an issue whatsoever. Would definitely stay again.

Didn’t like that there was no manual lock from the inside of the room (just automatic locking). The shower basin leaked quite a lot.
