I would categorize it with apartments for rent with reception! There is no restaurant! There is an impromptu breakfast in the hotel lobby, which is not very rich - more like a coffee with a croissant. I would take the breakfast as a compliment sooner rather than later. The room is quite simple studio type. Clean room and bathroom.

Modest breakfast and nasty coffee! The beds and pillows are not very comfortable.

We had separate rooms, we’d contacted the property and they arranged us all being very close together. The decor, the rooms were spacious! Good breakfast selection and excellent value for money. We stayed in the back of the hotel so it was peaceful but the front of the hotel for our other rooms were noisy because of trams running all night. We liked the relaxed bar service Good location

The shower seems to flood if you don’t hold the shower head before you get in, we used the towels multiple times for excess water… The towels were small- could do with being bigger. One of our rooms didn’t have a kettle or drinks station at all which was odd, the others we have 4 sachets of coffee between 9 people for 4 days… these were not replenished despite housekeeping going in our rooms each day. The one room smelt strongly of drainage on the first night but seemed ok thereafter These were just little niggles- wouldn’t stop us staying again, it’s a great, budget hotel

Close to public transportation, gas station. Friendly staff. The F&B staff work fast during busy breakfast time. Great! Plenty choices for breakfast.

It is a pity that the breakfast room is too small for many hotel guests. As many people have breakfast, we had to wait for table in the mornings (unless you come around 7.30 - 8.00 am). But the F&B staff were just brilliant!! The lift is also too small and got very busy in the morning. So, if you are in the higher floors, prepare to use the stairs in the morning... Noise from other rooms, ventilator and people talking on the corridor were quite disturbing, even though we requested to have quiet room (yes, you could not hear the noise from the street). The safe deposit box got stuck one day and the Housekeeper had to unlock it for us. However, after that we could not use it any longer - as it did not allow us to reset the password.

The location is convenient, very near the metro station "II. János Pál pápa tér" (M4) and not so far from Blaha Lujza tér, one of the most vibrant squares in Pest. The hotel is modern and nicely decorated. There are 18 car parking lots on site if I remember good (convenient, but more expensive than some modern public parking garages in the city centre). The check-in and check-out were smooth. Our room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast is fine. WiFi works fine. The staff is great in general, especially the reception staff.

It was obvious that there were three of us staying in the room (the sofa bed was used for sleeping), but we got towels for two persons three days in a row.

The hotel overall was very clean and modern; the bed was comfortable, the room was big, the bathroom was clean. Room cleaning happened everyday except from when we specifically mentioned not to. The breakfast was very good, there were enough options and it was always fresh. Just that sometimes there was not enough room for everybody and we had to wait, but not for long and just once in 4 days. So I didn’t really see it as a problem. There’s also a mention in a picture in the elevator which draws attention to the breakfast area being most full from 8 to 9 o’clock which was correct and helpful. The AC was God sent, because our stay in Budapest was during a nasty heatwave so it was extremely pleasant and comforting to cool off once we got to the room. It’s not located quite centrally but for us it was perfect since we needed it to be close to a metro station (M2), to the train station (Budapest Keleti) and somewhat to Puskas Stadium since our main purpose of the trip was to attend a concert there. we could easily walk to the central area, about 20-25 mins if we chose not to take a tram or the metro. It’s a pretty quiet area and I never felt unsafe even when we walked to the hotel in the middle of the night.

The room aren’t very isolated from the hallway and 2 out of 5 nights there were other tourists on our floor that were very loud and woke us up numerous times. It’s not the hotel’s fault that people were disrespectful to other guests but it was bothersome.

It was really easy to find. Just near the station of the green metro line. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We had chocolates, wine and bottled water waiting in the room. The room was large and comfortable with air con. The shower was hot, with good pressure. The breakfast had a large selection and plenty of seating available, even though it was quite busy. The housekeeping attended and kept the room spotless on a daily basis.

As a British person I would have liked English breakfast tea offered. But that’s a small and petty complaint, so ignore it.

We had the possibility to book a room with 3 beds, one queen size and one normal size. Room (and entire hotel) were recently rehabilitated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The mattresses were very comfortable and you could get a very good sleep. Bathroom spacious with all needed accessories. The hotel has its own parking (limitedv numbers) in a courtyard behind the main building, and you pay at the reception for reserving a place (very useful in solving the parking headache inside Budapest).

Restaurant space for breakfast was a little small, being sometimes crowded, especially when entire hotel was booked.

Since hotel is pet friendly, extra bonus is that near by is a huge park for walking a dog at any time with dedicated dogy area where it can run free. Surrounding streets are quiet and also suitable for walks with a dog. Parking spots within hotel parking are limited so be sure to reserve a spot. Breakfast was great with variety of options so everyone can have different choice during 5-6 days. Bed sheets and towels are changed regularly while room and bathroom are kept cleaned on daily bases. City center is in 15-20 minutes walk distance so no need for public transportation. There are few supermarket options near hotel that are packed with everything that you might need. There are also few shopping malls and banks at 10 minutes walking distance from hotel.

At the time of our visit one of two elevators was out of order which resulted in occasional queues forming but nothing to alarming. Beds are slightly narrower which presented few minor problems during first few nights until we got used to those.

Everything. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to assist anytime the customer needs anything. The rooms, lobby, hallways, stairs, elevator, lunch area- are all clean and in good condition. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a good stay. They are well decorated and the lighting is wonderful. The breakfast had a good variety of fruits, vegetables, breads, eggs, etc. Coffee, tea, water, and juice are available in the lobby and that makes a great perfect to relax when one is not in the room. Overall I loved and recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

The neighborhood was a bit questionable- not dangerous or unsafe, just not as nice as others, but it’s a 10 mnt walk to a wide variety of places.

We hade a triple room which we found very comfortable and clean. There could be a bit more hangers for the clothes and some shelf in the bathroom, but none of this changed our super-positive impression of the room. It was sunny and spacy and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel is very well connected to different sights, very comfortable Subway line, trams, buses. Breakfast was great, variety of different food, great coffee etc. Hotel Staff was excellent, very helpful and kind.
