I simply loved our stay. Everything was very clean and cozy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, different types of food, variety of pastry and bread, fresh fruit and juice. And my favorite for sure was the chocolate fountain with delicious chocolate. During our stay I had my birthday, and received as a gift a cake and sparkling wine, which was a great tasty surprise, so thanks again for that. The staff was very nice and friendly, we wanted to go the the thermal baths and they helped me with the purchase of the tickets. The city center is about 20 min walking distance. In the neighborhood there are places that you can visit as well. Based on my experience I can definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff was professional and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly, which was important for me. I also appreciated the option to rent bicycles and purchase tickets for various activities directly from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy to access the city center and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest!

The location was quiet, and 15 minutes walk to a great selection of restaurants, though it is a bit of a walk to the main sights and the river. Breakfast was good, we especially liked the chocolate fountain, but could be improved by having more hot choices, and proper boiling water for tea. The lady on reception was super helpful. The room was really spacious. The water fountain in the lobby was great, as was the lemonade, but should be highlighted as we didn’t realise they were there!

The fire alarm went off three times on our first night (due to some sort of fault) so a very disturbed sleep. The shower didn’t drain very well and the hair dryer was a bit rubbish.

Pretty much everything was perfect. Staff were extremely helpful and nice from check-in to check-out. Room was spacious and comfortable. The Nespresso machine with capsules was a great plus! The spa area proved to be a brilliant way of relaxing after a long day walking around town and, surprisingly, was never crowded. Breakfast was great with plenty of options although I did miss having a bit more sweet things. Complementaty glass of champagne on check-in is also noteworthy. Wifi was fast and reliable. Location was good and withing walking distance to all mains tourist attractions.

Being very very picky, more sweet options for breakfast. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Outside of school holidays there were almost no young children around. The balcony on the delux room we were in meant you didn't feel trapped in a room. Breakfast was nice, something for everyone. Staff were just so lovely, they made the experience of staying very easy. Rooms were very clean and well supplied, even a nespresso machine in the room!

There were a few maintenance issues in our room, but all resolved quickly. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro - we didn't mind, but might affect accessibility for some. I wouldn't have minded some other pillow options, but I also didn't ask the front desk.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. We could not fault the welcome given by the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and airy with a balcony, kitchenette and Nespresso machine. Our room was spotless, cleaned beautifully, as was the rest of the hotel. We were very impressed. There is a small spa area on the 6th floor, plus use of garage facilities beneath the hotel, though we did not use either.

The hotel is in District VII which was just that little bit too far away from the main attractions, inner city, and especially the river. We did walk, as it is the best way to see the city, but it was a lot of walking and we were tired. Even to the Metro to catch the underground was a 15 minute walk. You can catch the tram to the Metro, but the tram is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

The hotel is very nice and clean! We stayed actually in a hotel apartments that is the building next to the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The cleaning was made daily. The breakfast was amazing. Good variety and quality of products! If you want to park the car in the hotel garage, the cost is 25 euro per night. The metrostation is very close to the hotel. Also New York Cafe is 2 minutes away from the hotel location. You have a local supermarket really close.

The bathroom was to small!!! There is no space for 2 people at the same time in the bathroom. We had to take turns :)

Excellent location, clean hotel and good breakfast. Staff in general were very friendly and helpful, including the housekeeper for most of our stay

The mattress on the bed desperately needs replacing as it was 'dipped' on both sides (we did mention this on departure but it wasn't particularly acknowledged) The air conditioning was not very effective and the bedding was very hot, so nights were not very comfortable The jacuzzi on the top floor was a nice addition, but the water was not clean or hot enough The room housekeeper was different on our last day and was not all thorough (dirty cups left, towels not replaced etc)

Everything was great. Spacious room, nice and very clean bathroom, little spa on the rooftop, my son liked the PlayStation corner. Breakfast was delicious and plenty different food to choose from. Also the staff were all nice and helpful, even spoke a few Croatian words 🙂. Since it was my birthday during our stay the hotel surprised me with cake and champagne in the room.

There is no hair conditioner in the bathroom and it is impossible to get it in the little shop by the reception. My husband had to go to a store at 10 pm to get it so I could wash my hair.

The hotel is an easy walk from main train station. My hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The choices at breakfast were superior to other hotels I have stayed in ( can't comment on taste as I'm vegan so do not eat a lot of the food). Staff were attentive and always seemed happy to help. All the staff I spoke to could speak English. Hotel pre booked my taxi for early departure time. There is a seating area in lobby which is relaxing and a play area for children including electronic games. Also liked that I could open my window at night as I find the central heating a bit much when sleeping. My room also had a safe which again some other hotels did not have, I like to be able to lock my passport up when I go out.
