Recently we stayed in this apartment hotel and enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, in the heart of Budapest, surraunded by lots of cafes, restaurants, shops. Walking distance to the main city attarctions. Central Metro station DEAK is just arond the corner. The apartment located in secure building, very clean, spacious rooms, full equiped kitchen, including washing machine and dishwasher. We were 3 people, so we booked one bedroom appartment, which include 1 bedroom, the living room, kitchen and the balcony. The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment is being cleaned every 2 days, but if you need extra towels, you can get them at the reception.

Some minor minuses: They charge you in HUF, not in Euro, if you are paying by card, and the rate is pretty high. So, if you want to pay in Euro, just bring the exact amount and pay cash. And there is no coffee capsules refill, you have to buy them at the receprion. Exept of that, the stay was great and enjoyable and we'll be back again!

Little noisy at late night specialy I open window for ventlation as in winter all room is heated its very warm can't sleep in sucb warm place without ventlation.. Then you can hear people screeming outside moreover the bedsheet is nylon if its pure coton will be more confortable

Location is perfect. Near Daek Ferenc Ter station which bus from the airport (line 100E) stops. It is 20min walk from most of the attractions, restaurants and bars. The furthest ones are within 40 min walk, but obviously there are many bus lines that can go from the station above to these attractions. We use local buses only twice during the 5 days stay we had there.. There is 24 hours reception which may help. The apartment is very roomy, equipped with all is needed for comfort stay and even light cooking.

Few minor issues that did not spoil our feeling: Missing hook in the toilet room to hang a towel,, Only 4 capsules of coffee are provided no matter how many people stay and for how long, which does not make sense.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The building was quiet and the location was excellent very close to the basilica and the Synagogue. Close to tram and metro and generally close to everything! The neighborhood was lively but the apartment was quiet which is the perfect combo. Plus we always ended up eating close to the apartment, even the restaurants that local guides suggested were close to it. The people working at 7seasons apartments were also lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The person I was with found the mattress uncomfortable but I did not. So it might be down to personal preference.

The room was exactly as we expected. Clean and newly renovated. The location was very convenient. Very close to metro station, tram and many sights. The first few days we didn’t even need public transport as the sights were very close by foot. Definitely worth the price.

On the morning of one of the days we stayed, we could hear loud noises from renovation work in adjacent rooms. However, this didn’t really bother us, as it happened that day only and for a short period of time.

The apartments were very nice, clean, fully equipped. Bed was comfortable, with variety of pillows. In kitchen there were rifrigerator, dishwasher, enough plates and glasses. There was caffee mashine and kettle with 4 free coffees and tees. there were also shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. Apartments are in excellent location in the middle of city and party area, but because balcony is located in inner court of building it is quiet. There were possibility to park in garage.

There are small sign of using- scratches on sofa and some walls have marks. But it is still ok. Online booking was not working.

This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in, everything was modern, well equipped, clean and tidy and worked well, the apartment was spacious, warm and very comfortable. The apartment is cleaned every second day. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and it is well situated, around 100m from a key transport hub for trams and underground and same distance from the E100 airport bus terminus. Buy tickets for E100 and unlimited public transport at the BKK counter at the airport, There is a good supermarket at the end of the street. You can find something cheaper, but we think this was really good value for money and we would book again, All in all, great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Best location..you can find everything across the street, from exchange to coffee house to bar to supermarket that opens 24/7..also walking distance from fashion street, ferris wheels, St. Peter’s basilica, Opera and many many restaurants!
