Cosy and clean rooms with all what you need, great location, good breakfast.

Staff need urgently training how to behave. Not professional at all. Receptionists are acting like they are bored of their job, even simple thing they make like a big deal. Staff at the breakfast should leave people to eat without coming a hundred times to bother asking unnecessary questions and hurrying up on people who came 10min before breakfast is finished. Even you are 3* your staff should work like in 5* hotel.

It was in a great location, right on top of bars/restaurants. minutes from Deak Ferenc ter with the 100e airport bus and other bus and metro routes. the apartment was clean and spacious. the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. there was a nice selection for breakfast. the room had a well equipped kitchen.

unfortunately our room was located on the bar side and it was extremely noisy. i would have expected due to its location that there would have been a curfew but they were going til 4 am! this is really fussy of me but I hated the uncomfortable plastic mattress protector on the bed that rustled every time I moved and woke my partner. there was no air conditioning. it was 28 degrees while we were there and we were on the top floor attic space so it was baking in there. i think the air con is available in other months however. i expected tea bags/ coffee milk pods and maybe a water to be in a room with a kettle. most city breakers are not gonna buy a box of tea bags for a few days stay. we arrived really late due to delays and had to go hunting for a late night shop to get some water.

Excellent self catering apartment in a great location just minutes from metro and tourist information. Very good choice of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Breakfast was very good with great choice from buffet style hot and cold food. All staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarket and takeaway food nearby. We got a free city map and public transport map/guide from the tourist information centre and found it easy and cheap to get around Budapest.

It needs saying that the apartment was above the very busy and sometimes very noisy music/karaoke bars and restaurants of Gozsdu court which goes on until the early hours of the morning which we soon got used to and thought it was worth putting up with to be in this apartment in such a good location in the city.

Perfect location.Apartment is located in residential building in hart of the Budapest. If you are looking to be in the bar and disco haven, this is good place. I liked . I will not recommend it for families with children. It is really center of the center of night life. The room was quite, little used by time, but clean and well equipped. Good for the price and location.

Nothing I would bring up. The apartment was inside of the block. Probably other rooms have better view. Apartment was clean, but not the shared corridors and elevators. I think it is a problem of all these shared reside too Al building. The organization of reception is chaotic. It is due to the fact that it is located in second floor and that some of the apartment are in different buildings. But that how it is in center also elsewhere. I have tried more than twenty locations in the city.

1. The location is excellent, in the middle of city centre, there's metro just 5 minutes away from the hotel. 2. Even tough we were in the middle of bars and restaurants there was only a tiny fraction of a sounds reaching our bedroom, almost insignificant. 3. There was everything we needed, iron for clothes, complete kitchen and one toilet and one bathroom separately which is really good. 4. The receptionists are well English-speaking. 5. The Hotel have lift 6. The breakfast had options of cold and hot meals. 7. Decent Wi-Fi

1. The curtains don't reach until the ends, so there's some light coming through early in the mourning. 2. No options for gluten free breads or lactose free milk. 3. The hotel is a bit trick to find it, because is inside of a complex of restaurants. 4. The reception and the breakfast area need restauration (building is really old)

Location, any amount of places to eat, lots of supermarkets and public transport a 4 minute walk away. Breakfast.. Plenty of choice and replenished quickly by staff. Large apartment, very comfortable. In a very busy area yet we heard no noise at all. Reception and breakfast staff were really helpful and friendly. The 2 bedroom apartment actually had 2 double beds and 2 toilets, it was spotlessly clean.

Limited kitchen equipment, no tea towel, only 1 teaspoon, lock on front door not very secure,toilet seat loose, pillows very uncomfortable.. Only small issues that can easily be fixed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your excellent hotel in Budapest. Everything was fantastic from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a highlight. It's not often you find such a delicious spread to start the day for an affordable price. Kudos! The location couldn't have been better. I was in the heart of Budapest, close to the Danube River, making it a breeze to explore the city. The room was spacious, the bed was like a cloud, and it was spotless. It is a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Your team's hospitality was top-notch, too; they helped us to book activities and transportation. Thanks for making my trip so memorable! A nice hotel in the Gozsdu Court passage in the city centre. There was a spring festival during our stay in the Gozsdu Court. One could buy different handcraft, records, handmade jewelry, magnets, etc. In the passage, there are several cafes/bars and night clubs. Our two-floor apartment was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. The stuff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We liked our weekend in Budapest.

The only thing we did not like is that on Saturday night the clubs work up to early morning and music was very loud. In the upper floor, we could hear very loud music, although there are double windows.

Huge space, good mattresses. In the middle of party central yet heard literally nothing when indoors. Staff were excellent. Heated, air conditioned. Enormous bath, lashings of hot water exceptional value.

Breakfast is somewhat underwhelming but free. There's a costa 50m away if you are picky. Wrongly assumed that the pool was free. Not easy to find. Reception isn’t obvious, on the first floor of number two and cabs tend to drop you at the other end of the 100m passageway full of restaurants.

The location of this apartment is amazing. We love Gozsdu Court in Budapest because of its numerous restaurants and bars. The apartment has three bedrooms and is quite spacious. One bedroom serves as a shared living space, while the other two bedrooms are smaller and separate. In addition to the double bed, there is a large sofa in the shared living space. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, which is great for accommodating six people. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, and flat iron available for use. There are two sets of windows, which helps to minimize noise, especially in busy and noisy areas. We also appreciate the full, dark curtains that cover the entire wall from top to bottom. Although cleaning was scheduled every other day during our two-night stay, the staff kindly asked us on the second day if we required any additional cleaning or assistance. This was a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast is decent. The spa was renovated during our stay, which was one of the reasons we booked this accommodation in the first place, unfortunately.

The AC in the main living area (the largest bedroom) is not functioning properly. It is turned on, but it is not producing any cold air on any program or setting. Two other rooms do not have AC, but we were provided with two fans, which were sufficient since the temperature was not very high during our stay in August. Our main concern is that the bathroom has no drainage. This, combined with the glass screen of the bath not touching the tub, results in a significant amount of water on the floor if one is not careful while showering. The hair dryer is also weak, as it is an older hotel model mounted on the wall and it overheats multiple times when trying to dry longer hair.
