Easy to arrive and find, bus stop and metro station very close to the hotel. Close to city centre, nice walking tours frim and to the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom for three people. Coffee machine in the room with good quality coffee. Very clean room. Excellent breakfast to keep you full during the whole day, good quality of food, great variety and selections, very good coffee! Overall very good hotel, will stay again if I will visit Budapest in the future

There were road constructions in front of the main entrance of the hotel and it is not easy to get in with the luggage but hotel is not responsible about it

The room was good size, clean, comfortable beds. coffee machine in the room which was great. The location was good and accessible to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The coffee pods were not enough for 3 persons in the room and ran out on the second day. We would have liked more coffee pods throughout our entire stay. Although we didn't ask the reception staff to replenish the stock in the room.

Wonderful appointed plaza facing room. staff was was quite good except for the exception Ill mention below. Excellent breakfast. Overall a very nice stay. The three day stay package is a great value.

Before arriving I used your "tickler email" to request a car to the airport for 34 eur. I received an acknowledging reply that indicated that I needed to mention the airport transfer when I arrived. I did, twice. I was told that a taxi had been scheduled. To my surprise and embarrassment on arrival at the airport the driver asked for payment. I told him the hotel had paid, I called the hotel. They told me that the car service request had not been implemented. So i paid the driver 13,500 Ft for the ride. I do not understand how this service could not have been implemented for us. It was an embarrassing and expensive oversight by the hotel due to a failure by your staff. If you want I have the emails and taxi receipt. Please train your staff better.

The room was fabulous. The bathroom was great, very roomy, clean, and comfortable. Great little coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was great, hot and cold options. The location was great. Lovely little bars in square. The hotel staff were very friendly, they couldn't do enough for you. 😁

The hotel bar isn't what we expected. It was just a mini bar with only beer and soft drinks in it. We were expecting a functioning bar that we could relax in at the end of a long day exploring. That wasn't what we got😕

Perfect location in the center, with great restaurants and pubs nearby. Hungarian National Museum is walking distance but you can reach all of the important tourist attarctions by public transportation anyway. Our room in the 5th level was clean with a nice view to the little square. The bed is very comfortable, other things average but OK.

The breakfast was poor. There was a much smaller vareity of everything for breakfast comparing with other Eurostars hotels we stayed in. The pastry was not fresh, the bacon had a bad smell, all the meats and cheeses were poor quality.

Great place to stay. Comfortable clean room. Great bed. Extensive breakfast buffet included with some rooms. Free coffee, tea and water in lounge. Good coffee in room. Great staff.

Few maintenance issues: light bulb burned out that was promptly changed; shower head holder was broken previous to our stay but did not get fixed as it was a long weekend When it got fixed with glue, it wasn't placed properly so the water shot over my head. Was able to turn it and position it a bit better. Phone had high level of static that was checked by front desk manager when he was in the room but it did not get fixed. Small inconvenience but the shower ws the big problem.

The hotel is in a historical building, quite stylish. The room was spacious and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area, 7-10 minutes to the nearest metro station. There is also a lobby area where you can get free coffee, tea and water everyday till 5pm. The room was clean except the bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpful. Always happy to assist. We also enjoyed the bar downstairs, a very kind bartender and awesome drinks.

The bathroom has not been cleaned thoroughly regularly - the drain was clogged with hair and dirt. There was also quite a lot of limescale in the shower. This does not happen over a few days so it does give the impression that the bathroom is not cleaned properly on a regular basis. (The hotel did resolve the issue with the drain quickly). The front door of our room (402) was damaged and as it is the first thing you see when you check in into your room, it does not make a good first impression and also makes you wonder why a 4-star hotel does not fix it...

Amazing Property in a beautifully renovated old style building. One has to stay at Palazzo Zichy to get a feel of Budapest Reception team was amazing. Special mention for : Miss ORSI and Mr. Levente Breakfast was Amazing. There was one staff ( Man) who was so full of energy and amazing service. Short height. dont know name. Special thanx to him Room was very good. Clean and well laid out. the coffee machine was great. Location was amazing. Just walking distance from all key places.

Due to heating still on in the winter time, it was very stuffy. The reception provided a fan and they did their best. But it needs AirCon in such weather.

This is a really stylish and modern hotel within a lovely historic building in a very pleasant street near to lots of nice restaurants and bars. The reception is really smart and the receptionists were very cheerful and helpful. Our room was very impressive and was tastefully decorated with a lovely bathroom. It was also clean and comfortable and quiet. Although located out of the heart of the city it was really convenient for us as it is a short walk to the airport bus stop and it is still not far to a metro which takes you into the city in 2-3 stops. The breakfast was extra but was very good although in the peak period the breakfast room was a little chaotic and many tables were left uncleared for a while.

The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together and 2 single quilts which isn't really a double bed! I had booked a room with a 'square view' but you could only really see the square if you got right up to the window and looked right which is a little disingenuous! Also for the money paid they could have supplied a complementary 0.5l bottle of water for each guest which many cheaper hotels do.

A lovely hotel on a pretty, quiet square, small pubs, cafes, and restaurants sprinkled around; from here you are only two long blocks from the major boulevards of central Pest. The room itself was certainly big enough for one; it was warm (though I took an extra cover). The bed was a Queen, and on one side it was saggier than on the other one or in the middle, as to be expected. The inner curtains absolutely blocked out the sunlight, and what a pleasure it was to draw them back in the morning and look out onto the bright little plaza, statue of Count Zichy in the middle, a modest Jesuit church on the corner. You get a George-Clooney coffee machine in your room, and it’s not bad, though sweet little cafes are all at hand outside. I used it everyday gratefully. The machine for free coffee in the bar adjacent to the lobby was barely passible, but, lo and behold, they replaced it my last morning with a grand new one from Dollmayr’s (Munich). Hot water, no problem. This hotel is comfortable and will be my place in Budapest.
