We 2 families ordered 2 apartments. We received 2 room apartment, 1 bedroom 1 living room + kitchen. Our room had a big refrigerator (my brother in law had small minibar) Room was heated and pleasant. We had a shower, my brother in law had a bath. Apartments were close to the Metro line and to a small shipping mall with supermarket

at the entrance to the building- the garbage room is very smelly. With small kids we preferred to have a bath. We received a dirty apartment, children's socks were black after one day of staying. Doors can not be locked, no key, only card.

The apartment was absolutely enormous, and incredibly clean. It had everything I needed (towels, cutlery, crockery), and was very centrally located within Budapest. Amazing value for money - will definitely be returning on my next trip to Budapest!

The coffee machine in the kitchen area didn’t work - though the kitchen area was also equipped with a kettle, so this didn’t cause big problems. Checkout time of 10am also seemed quite early - and 30€ per hour for late checkout is a bit steep.

The apartment was quite roomy and very clean. The seperate bedroom and living room is really nice to have on a vacation. We could relax really well. The location of the apartment was also great. It was really close to a metro, tram and bus station. There is also a great shopping mall nearby.

We didn't like how the place is advertised as supplying towels. We booked for 7 days and initially got towels and one refresh. This supposedly was according to the fine print, but we hadn't noticed. After a complaint we got a free additional set of towels, which was great and handled very well by the organisation.

The apartment was very spacious. Large bedroom and living room. There was also a kitchen which we didn't use, but if you want to make a meal is everything you need. Kithen was clean. We liked the posibility to use a garage (17euros per day and night), because it was snowing and we were traveling by a car. In the appartment was warm, which is really important for us, when traveling in a winter. Nice location-only a short walk to a metro station.

The bathroom and toilet could use some renovation. Especially the bathtub was quite old, which can not be seen from pictures. There are a lot of diferent appartments in the bulding and it looks like some of them have better bathroons as others. There is also a washing maching and one tablet for washing machine, which we didn't use, but it is nice if you are staying a longer time. Nice addition to the appartment. There is also a coffee machine, but we didnt have capsul. We would suggest to maybe put at least one capsule in the appartment as a welcome gift-it would be a nice addition. Overall it was good price for such a spacious appartment.

Good location. Very close to the Metro 3 and tram stations. Corvin Mall is just around the corner, the area is packed with coffee shops, grocery stores and some great vintage clothes stores too. The apartment we stayed in was modern, clean and well equipped. Smooth check in and check out even though there is no reception. The building complex itself is quiet and well kept.

The unit we got is not for 6 people. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with a decent size sofa bed so in reality it does fit 6 guests however the sofa bed is not made for sleeping. Very uncomfortable. The hairdryer was broken as well as the security chain on the door.

Location is great, that is why I picked the place. The apartment was clean and in a new building. The bed linen was very clean.

I asked for a parking space, and we were charged extra. The parking lot we received was very narrow and blocked some entrance doors. We weren't sure if there would be a problem with leaving the car there. There was a lot of information on how to get the remote for the parking, how to get into the building and all this information was sent to us only after the check in time. All this information could be sent 24 h in advance, and only the key code for the apartment to be sent after the checkin time. It was really confusing to follow all the steps needed to enter. I believe the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Drapes in the living room did not cover the entire window. So if light wakes you up, you need a sleeping mask.

It was a very spacious, well equipped apartment, with also a stove, oven, and a microwave. Really good location and it was easy to get to it from the airport. Very well connected by public transport too. Communication with the host was amazing!! They were super responsive and helpful with all my enquiries.

There is a need to download an app for the check in/check out process, which I found out when I got the instructions on the day. It wasn’t difficult at all and no personal details need to be given, but just wish I knew that in advance. No issue overall though and absolutely loved our stay.

Everything was perfectly accurate, from using the remote control to open the garage, to accessing the parking space, the entry code for the building, and the FLEXIPASS application with the code to unlock the apartment door. The apartment is impeccably clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need. Additionally, the location is excellent, with close proximity to metro stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Check-in is at 3 pm. The email with the number of the self-check-in box, containing the remote for the garage, access code for the building entrance, apartment number, and instructions for opening the apartment door, arrived at 2:47 pm. It would be much better if guests received the email a day in advance, along with an explanation that the details are only valid from the following day at 3 pm

Location was great. Close to shopping mall and metro station. There was a parking at the property for additional payment. We had everything we needed in the appartment. Easy using self check in and directions.

We were little disappointed as not a single photo was from our appartment. Photos online look more modern and cosy. Our appartment was basic with little cosiness. Strange was that the bathroom and showerroom were separate rooms but this could be a plus as while one can use the shower another person could be in the bathroom.

Centrally located the appartaments have underground garage for a fee. I used only the public transportation as it works well and the building islocated close to the main attractions.

If you are not an expert in computers, entering the apartment is a real adventure. The instructions received on the phone are quite clear, but installing the application on the phone gave errors. I could not install the application on several phones as there were 2 families staying in the same apartment. Surprisingly, upon contacting the company that manages the apartment, a representative of it arrived immediately and gave us the entrance cards to the apartment. I really appreciated the promptness. I recommend simplifying the access method
