The breakfast buffet is excellent. The food and drink selection is high quality. The beds, rooms, and showers are very comfortable and luxurious.

Extra charges for general use of the spa facilities (e.g., the pool and the sauna) are not ideal. I understand charging for services like massages, but general use should be open to guests as part of the fee

amazing charming hotel, peaceful and great to relax. the rooms are confortable and elegant. very nice continental breakfast, the staff is nice. for sure is a good value for money considering is s 5* hotel.

the main reason I choose this hotel was that it has a swimming pool, so i was expecting, as a 5*, that we could use the hotel swimming pool for free, but unfortenatly it has a 20€ cost per person, per use! the fact that the pool has an extra cost is not announced in booking presentation and so i felt deceived. Also is not so close from metro station, around 10min walk, that is OK, but with 35 degrees temperatures and after a long day walking to know budapest it feels like a long journey. for this two resons i would not stay again in this hotel.

Perfect hotel to stay in. Friendly staff. The area is great, there is transport, shopping and food nearby. Slept perfectly every night.

The spa should be included in the price of the hotel.

Everything was spectacular. The location, our suite, staff, service, food and ambience. Nothing to complaint so far. We also got upgraded by the hotel to the perfect suite with all the amenities which any couple wish for. Worth the Sauna, jacuzzi, spa service - were phenomenal. We tried the couple spa too- make sure to book it ahead. Though staff were very cooperative with the bookings. In breakfast many vegetarian options with avocado, veggies dishes. Many indoor, outdoor seating options.

Wish we could have balcony.

We‘ve had an amazing stay in Kozmo Hotel. everything was perfect starting from the check in with very friendly staff to the room which was beautiful, clean and supercomfortable. We’ve felt instantly at ease with the Hotel. The Architecture and the interior of the hotel is very harmonious, every detail fits. Even if we asked very spontaneus for a late Check-Out it was no problem at all. so we are coming back definitely and can truly recommend it! best hotel I‘ve ever stayed in!

Fabulous comfortable hotel a few minutes to the centre by taxi (Bolt). The bed is one of the best i have ever been in, extra king size, gorgeous bathroom with a great bathtub and shower. Great prices considering the quality of the furniture and size of the bedroom in a European capital. Amazing kind staff throughout the hotel. True 5 star experience. Would go back to Budapest solely to stay in this hotel again.

Download the Bolt app as there are no Ubers in Budapest. I used a taxi in the street once because Bolt drivers were unavailable, got scammed 10 times the normal price... didn't let it ruin my holiday but please be aware of that. There is nothing I didn't like from the hotel. Spotless.

Nice modern and clean hotel. The rooms are very spacious, clean, well thought out. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and attentive. Love the gym which is modern and few people use it. Has rowing machines, threadmill and free weights up to 20kg as well as 2 benches. I'm looking forward to come back for my next time in budapest

The oyster bar and other restaurant wasn't open, wishing to come again to see it because the space looks amazing. One of the night, we couldn't sleep because of music playing until 3am. It seems like there's a neighboring "arts center" which hosted a late musical event (techno?). And vibrations could be felt in the room. It wasn't a problem in subsequent nights. Those bad points didn't really take away from the experience because overall, it's a beautiful hotel with nice service and really comfortable.

We had already been promised a room upgrade, but on arrival had a 3 tier upgrade to a Junior Suite with its own terrace - amazing! Location was great: 5 mins walk to the metro or the trams: Budapest public transport is excellent Good breakfast with lots of choice and a chef Very nice outside courtyard area - linked to the bar We used the hotel car to / from the airport (Eur65 each way) - it was worth it Tip: download the BudapestGO app - real time data on all transport in the city

The bar area was good and staff attentive - but pretty pricey (soft drinks and low alcohol drinks]

Our stay exceeded our expectations. All of the staff we interacted with were most helpful. They even arranged an early check in inspite of high occupancy. This was most appreciated as we were expecting our first child and landed in Budapest quite early. But we would like to especially mention Mr Zoltan, the concierge. He gave us excellent advice on how to get the most out of our days in the city. He was most attentive to our interests and needs. We didn’t get to try every recommendation, so we look forward to get to those on our next trip to Budapest

The decor is very tasteful and contemporary. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the wonderful staff and offered a glass of cold Prosecco. We were upgraded to a junior suite, so our stay was off to a fantastic start! The room was super clean and spacious with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The super king bed was also super comfortable. I found the grand staircase a really impressive space and has a lovely ambience at night time.

Nothing at all. My expectations were already high before my visit but the Kozmo hotel still managed to exceed them.
