Very thoughtfully equipped, everything you need is available. E.g. laundry tabs, salt, coffee, tee, coffee-milk and sugar. (With refills every couple days) Helpful staff, could extend my stay by couple of days and stay in same room even with room upgrade. Newly renovated and equipped with the standard furniture exactly as on pictures.

Neutral: it's an old building. Obviously. So it comes with old building perks like not being sound proof, but it's not too bad even directly opposite of elevator and above building entrance. Nothing earplugs can't fix.

The location of this property was excellent. Just a few steps away from the main road which has many lovely restaurants and shops. There was also a super market 2 min walk from the property. Public transportation (tram) is also just a short walk away. The apartment itself was decent and we had a good 5-day stay. It had everything that was needed for a short-term stay.

We had a lot of drama with the washing machine. We tried to wash our clothes 3 times, but every time the clothes came out soaking wet (and that was after we googled how this specific model works). It was not really such a big deal, because we could still hang our clothes outside on the balcony to get dry.

It's the best location and very clean apartment. The cost is not at all high . One can easily afford the apartment. Everything that you might need for your stay is available nearby. The tram station and metro station is at walkable distance. Few mins away from corvin Plaza. Indian restraunt and Indian super market is also very close to this place. The area is lively and so it feels good.

Two things that could be improved. The window shades can be much better. Two of them are already broken in room 506. These cab be fixed. The second thing is about reception. It's not available 24 by 7. Some people might not want to get the key on their own from the key box.

We found ourselves in a difficult situation as we were having a bus delay because of heavy snow on the day of our arrival, and in times like these i really appreciated how the staff of Prince Apartments helps us to calm down by sending us instructions on what to do if ever we came late ❤️ The place is quiet and very accessible, trains and buses is just a stone throw away. Subway M3 is a 2min walk! The Corvin Mall is just around the corner! We will definitely rent this place again!

I booked a studio, asked them for a room with balcony and they gave us one bedroom apartment with balcony. The building is old, but the room was great, you have everything you need for a short stay. Bathroom with a bath, fresh towels, equipped kitchen. The best thing was underground garage, we booked a parking place in advance, paid when we came to the hotel reception and they let us in. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, metro and tram station are a few minutes away. It was very calm at night, we slept very well.

Some surfaces were not so clean, but it's minor and just something they could improve on, I would chose Prince apartments again if I was in Budapest.

The apartment was in a perfect location, very close to all the sights, easily accessible by transport. The room was very clean and bright, despite the frost in the city, the room was very warm, hot water and a comfortable bed were ideal for rest, as well as a very good frequency internet that was intended specifically for our apartment and not for the whole building. Special mention should be made of the host who helped us to solve all the issues that were necessary for us. I would recommend this apartment to everyone, you won't regret it ❤️

I have no complaints

Nice comfortable appartment, have washmachine, kitchen is comfortable. Have balcony, also fan and airco was good.

The parking was full, i need park on public parking, and there is no possibility to pay for long, the cost are 600 forint per hour. And you can pay only for 3 hours. And you need register your car on hungarian website and during working days you need every 3 hours to pay separate. Also the street is very small, so if car is big, is not very easy. Internet is very slow (most of time). Bath is very small, also there was glass wall, which make using bath lesser comfort. Toilet was not very comfortable, but its okay. But if you just shower its okay.

The apartment and facilities were ok. Basic, but sufficient for a few days stay in Budapest. The location close to the city centre, you can also walk, as Budapest is a big city and although we thought most of the sights were within walking distance, after 25000 steps / day, we used public transport. Communication with the staff was very good. Underground parking is a benefit, even if it is expensive.

Although we were told several times in the check in process that the apartment is located in sa noisy area, we thought it will be street noise. On the first night there was some music from the bars but you could sleep with background music. The noise refers to the neighbours. There are a lot of young people staying in the two blocks next to each other, having parties or just talking all night on the balcony. And when they go to bed, around 5-6 in the morning other groups of young people come back from parties talking and singing. I mean we didn't sleep much at night. For us it was unpleasant.

We stayed for a week, and the apartment had all the necessary facilities: fridge, washing machine, kitchen. The place itself was clean and comfortable, the beds were nice and the sheets were clean. The location is great too: walking proximity from metroline 3 and tramline 4/6. Also we have received a bottle of wine from the hosts:)

The corridors are quite old, you can tell they were not refreshed for a while. Also in the apartment, a door between 2 rooms would be useful (for example, in case someone snores). And last but not least, there was a false fire alarm during one of the nights. Hopefully this will be prevented in the future.

I really loved the apartment and it´s central location (it is near to the bus stop that takes you to the center (Deak Ferenc Ter) and near metro 3- blue line metro. In the next street there is a pharmacy, Spar market, some restorants, caffe, all you need after a whole day of sightseeing. Although it is close to the avanue (2 streets away), it is so peaceful that we could hear the birds sing in the morning :). Although we had a late night check-in, the info for the check-in was very detailed and precise so we didn´t have any problems finding the keys. The people on the reception were super nice, and I will definetly stay there again.

a small mop (cloth) would be helpful for wiping the floor in the bathroom after showering, althougt there is a curtain
