A truly excellent stay in this great new hotel. Staff are nice, the room is very clean and comfortable. The Lobby space is also an advantage, with a good vibe and spaces to eat, drink, relax or sit with the laptop (there are electricity chargers everywhere). Most importantly, the location is great and in the city center - right next to the Bazilika and close to all the famous sights, restaurants, attractions etc. To put simply - I highly recommend this place and will return here the next time I come.

The air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning properly

Location was amazing and so close to St Peterburgh Catheredral , Dunube and shopping ..very safe area and lots of shops/restaurants nearby .Very easy walk to the Opera House and expensive shopping street Hotel was very clean , staff all friendly and available for question. Great Breakfast and plenty of variety however some people are greedy and overload plates ! Room spacious , very clean ,especially shower and bathroom .Room well designed with mirrors and plugs for hairdrier etc in the right place .Amazing bed , no noise ..slept all night and good blackout curtains ..will be back !

Super comfy beds, nice bathroom, perfect location, quiet rooms, good selection at breakfast.

The tables in the restaurant- actually there was no restaurant, just tables in the reception area- not enough tables for all guests. At last day of our stay we were eating our breakfast at the lobby bar desk because all tables were occupied and like 10 other families looking for a place to sit. Some people eating with plates on their knees on the sofas in the lobby. Maybe it was due to the Christmas season and hotel was fully booked? But anyway it was weird set up of having breakfast on little low tables in the reception area.

A brand new hotel in downtown Budapest, with excellent location, near to many major tourist attractions. Metro station just a block away. Beds are very comfortable, though the room size is not very big. No wardrobe nor closet, just a small hanging space. Large TV screen with channels in different languages (only one in Spanish from Cuba). Breakfast is very good, but in peak hours restaurant is not big enough and queues can be expected. Staff is very helpful. All in all a very good experience. Hotel highly recommended.

Hotel is quite big and can be overcrowded, specially at breakfast time. An undue charge on my account was successfully addressed by the reception supervisor, though it has taken ten days to be refunded.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Staff were good. Great value for money. Very central to the hop on bus, restaurants and 10 minutes from the main train station and 3rd largest Mall in Europe. Breakfast was exceptional , waffles, pastries, bacon, eggs, fruit, cereals, breads of all kind and great selection of coffees. I would defo recommend this hotel . My only complaint was we were charged 17 euros for 2 small glasses of red wine which was outrageous. I didnt order anything else again from the bar. Shame as we would have liked to have a drink in the hotel but at these prices it was not within our budget !!!

Terrific. We would definitely stay here again. Location: within one block of St Stephen Basilica Breakfast: extensive, fresh even at 10am on a weekend, delicious waffles, would come again for the buffet breakfast Staff: lovely and helpful, free drink voucher at the bar, I drank the coffee in the room the first few mornings, they then replenished and replaced the decaf with more coffee sachets! That attention to detail was so lovely. Rooms: very very clean, great size, clean and new bathrooms, comfortable beds and plenty of pillows, water included, fridge available

Honestly can't think of a thing.

The location of the hotel is amazing! It helps us discover the new city quickly. It makes us feel safe and comfortable. We could quickly return the hotel whenever we need rest along our city trip. Breakfast is very delicious. Enough range of food was served even though I am vegetarian. Rooms are very clean and enough heated. It is very good to have possibility to open window for fresh air. Iron &iron table, hair drier, cattle were available at the standard room. Cables of hair drier and iron are very long that shows how the room have designed in detailed. Bed and pillows are very clean and comfortable. The perfect part of my stay was that our check out request was accepted. It made our journey perfect;) Thank you all

The coffie machine at the lobby could be available all day for free.

Breakfast was very good with good selection of food, great location of the hotel, spacious lobby, good access to the gym, spacious bathroom with good pressure of water. Hotel is new. There was no problem with late check-out.

Staff at the reception desk was really nice and smiling but sometimes little bit chaotic. Prosecco in the bar was without bubbles (probably opened for few days) and white wine wasn't cold, but it's just a detail what can be easily improved. I quite missed some wardrobe where I could unpack my clothes - I stayed at a basic room, maybe the higher category rooms have it.

The room was of great size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also a good size. The hotel location was central and easy access walkable to everything sightseeing places located centrally.

We didn’t like the long hallways we had to walk towards our room because the temperature was very warm. We were located in level 5 & didn’t feel safe in case of emergency because of the maze almost layout of the room. Also, breakfast wasn’t that great it’s ordinary almost same food every day. The place on the ground floor looks untidy.
