The staff were amazing and super friendly! The location was perfect and close to local bus stops and metro lines. The room was very clean and to a very high standard. We never got using the spa and gym but it looked clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and they had a wide variety of foods and different milk options.

Unfortunately we didn't sleep much. The room was insanely warm and although AC is advertised they do not turn it on in the winter months and the room we stayed in didn't have a window we could have opened. We did mention this to the staff a few times and they were as helpful as they could be but unfortunately there was not much that could be done. We are not accustomed to warm conditions so this made sleeping very difficult, we ended up having to keep the door to the room slightly open for some kind of cooler air to help us try and sleep which wasn't ideal for safety reasons (no incidents happened with the door being open so I can say their security is 10/10)

The location is right in the centre. Bolt taxi can be called anytime. There are also lots of restaurants, coffee shops nearby and is very much walking distance to the everything in the city centre. St Stephens Basilica is 5 mins walk.

The nature of the building with high ceilings meant that in the winter, the rooms would require more heating. Our room was absolutely cold. The hotel don't have portable heating, they have central heating which fpr us was still too cold. So I wasn't comfortable in the sofa bed which also need some changing as the mattress is soggy. They did provide us upon request additional duvets to keep us warm at night.

Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size (Superior Double). The sauna section had a great Finnish sauna and the jacuzzi, though old, was nice to have. Breakfast was great, though one of the coffee machines was constantly broken as the coffee was mostly water.

Wish they had mentioned that the pool was closed: we had been looking forward to swimming. Our room and other facilities were mostly great but looked a bit outdated, in need of little paint and light renovation. One thing I did not appreciate was that on our morning of departure the cleaning lady came knocking at 9am and 10am, even opening the door. I felt that was both unnecessary and unprofessional: check-out was at 11am and I can't believe they came in with their own keys TWICE that morning before our check-out.

Everything is perfect: ~location on a half way between St. Stephen's cathedral and Parliament building ~rooms with lots of space, comfy beds, nespresso machine, excellent heating/cooling system (with option to open window/balcony door widely - many hotels today don't have that) ~it is easy to move through hotel, there is a lot of space, two big lifts and everything is marked well ~breakfast room is again spacious with huge variety of cold and warm things to eat and drink ~staff is great, from the receptionist to the maids and breakfast staff to the waiters in the rooftop restaurant ~the Intermezzo roof terrace is a place from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Budapest while enjoying an excellent dinner or just cocktails at reasonable prices

I think the location is unbeatable, in 5 minutes you arrive at the Sant Stephan's basilic and in a similar distance you have the parliament, the hotel is very nice and elegant, well looked after with exceptional staff. The breakfast is rich and suitable to satisfy even the most demanding. Since the hotel is located in the center, I expected unpleasant noises, but it was very quiet and peaceful. It was nice to be able to use the hot tub until late in the evening. I recommend it for those who want to experience a peaceful holiday with a few extra treats. To conclude, I recommend taking a tour of the roof, you will enjoy a splendid view.

I expected excellent cleaning, and in the bathroom, to my regret, I found a lot of hair on the floor, perhaps cleaning too quickly, given the number of rooms present. I recommend paying more attention to the wellness area, it is very nice, it would be perfect to be able to use the swimming pool too, for the rest the wellness center environment would need to be spruced up.

Renata at the front desk is very kind and wants to provide you with great customer service. The Rooftop bar staff especially Rita are fantastic, outstanding customer service and the drinks and food are great. The breakfast food and staff are equally fantastic, the variety of foods, pastries and drinks are excellent.

Rooms are somewhat small, bathroom is well equipped, however; the bathtub water spigot is too long if you’re taking a shower, you will continue to hit your leg on it even when you remember that it’s in your way. Also, towels are sufficient but should be changed to a higher quality material. Television is very limited, no English channels other than BBC news, make sure you take your I-pad with Netflix.

Lovely staff, my favourite hotel & they also left champagne in our room for our honeymoon. Also love the breakfast! The rooftop bar is absolutely gorgeous.

I’ve been 3 times over 2 years, and none of the times has the pool been available. Disappointing because I pay the extra every time thinking the pool is fully available.

Hotel room was very nice. They also prepare surprise for us. We were celebrating anniversary. Location of the hotel is very good. We did not need to use taxis or metro. Everything was on walking distance. Breakfast was very tasted.

Bar closing on 22:00. We ordered massage but, they did not tell us the price of it. (My mistake forgot to ask for price). It was not worth the 70EURO per 60 minutes massage. SPA was very poor. Pool was out of order, just 1 sauna was working and the whirlpool was not working properly.

Fantastic staff!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was good and replenished often. Central location close to bus and metro. Rooftop bar with great view of the city.

Unfortunately, the temperature was set uncomfortably high, which h made the rooms way too warm and sleeping difficult. The staff tried their best but, unfortunately, were reliant on a maintenance HVAC team. The pool was also being repaired, but the whirlpool was open.

Perfect location to start exploring the city on foot. Great breakfast with wide selection of food. Ladies at the staff were very polite and helpful. Fantastic view from the roof terrace of the hotel. The room was really spacious to fit three of us.

The air conditioner in the room was not well maintained and we didn't use it. The last night it kept turning on spontaneously every 10 minutes and we had a sleepless night as we had to turn it off very time. The lady at reception was really trying to help.
