Pro: -Location - you get out of the hotel and into the center of the city -Parking underground garage (25Euro/24h) -Access from the garage to the hotel via direct elevator -Room was mostly clean -Room was quiet -Staff was very friendly -Breakfast was good, with slights variations each day

Cons: -One of the 2 bed sheets was stained from the get go -Parking garage does not have EV charging so you are forced to look elsewhere -Under the bed the cleaning was less then spectacular -Room service was not an option due to low staffing -The hotel's restaurant only server burgers and pre-packaged pizza after breakfast

The hotel was very good, first of all it was in the best location, it had everything next to it from restaurants, bars, public transport. Secondly, it was very clean as a hotel but also as a room, it had clean floors, clean walls, clean curtains, but above all it had clean sheets, clean pillowcases, clean covers. The bathroom was comfortable and so was the shower. Even from the bed you adjusted the lights in the room, it had a socket right next to your headboard. If you had all the lights off when you get out of bed, it had a photocell and turned on a light low on the floor so you could see when you went to the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and was constantly renewed at the times it is available. The staff was helpful and what we asked for was an immediate response.

It wasn't something we didn't like

The location, the cleanliness, the spacious eating area, and how modern it is. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable.

The breakfast is pitiful for what you pay to stay there. We have stayed twice in other places in Budapest that had amazing breakfasts with much variety. H2 Hotel had the same thing spread out on three different tables. The juice is watered down from the machine and is appalling. The receptionist at the counter when we checked in was extremely rude and unwilling to hear anything about the parking mix up.

A very clean and modern hotel, with very polite personnel, in a perfect, central location, in walking distance from most major attractions. Look no further if your intention is mainly sightseeing.

At times the reception was understaffed, with one person trying to serve a group of 10+ guests. At peak breakfast hours the restaurant would temporarily run out of certain dishes. And for this price range I would have expected some basic fitness facilities. These are not reasons to avoid this very decent hotel, it's mainly feedback to the management. Overall, my impression was rather positive.

Our stay at the H2 Hotel in Budapest was extremely pleasant. Our room was in perfect condition, comfortable and modernly furnished. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money is excellent, so we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to those looking for quality accommodation at a good price in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exemplary. However, the meals were of only average quality, though this did not detract from our overall impression. Overall, the H2 Hotel was a perfect choice for us, and we are certainly planning to return.

Just a note for the room’s television, while the rooms at H2 Hotel are comfortable and well-appointed, some guests may find the absence of a smart TV disappointing. Instead of the traditional channels, having access to streaming platforms like Netflix would enhance the in-room entertainment experience, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite programs and movies at their convenience.

Accessible location from transportation hubs as well as to tourist sites. For example, we only had to walk for a short time to the Parliament Building, St. Stephen's Basilica and the Chain Bridge. The breakfast was also substantial, although they don't serve rice which is kind of a thing for us Asians. Our room also had a balcony and I found it very nice. Although it did not have a luggage rack in the room, we utilized the long bedside bench instead. I loved our stay in this hotel. This is a good recommendation to family and friends.

The bathroom offers no privacy since it is all glass from top to bottom and directly visible from the bed. I think there's also a problem with the bathroom installation since the water from the bathroom floor is overflowing already to the floor outside.

I really liked the location of the hotel it’s really close to the Basilica! The bed was comfy as well as the pillows provided. The pressure in the shower was great and it got hot quickly. The blinds worked really well in keeping light out of you wanted to nap and the light switches by the bed were a nice touch. Breakfast was yummy but I recommend you going down before 8 if you want to avoid all the other guests - the later you go down the busier it gets. They also let you leave your luggage and the desk if you have a later flight and don’t feel like carrying it around with you.

Wasn’t a huge fan of the wardrobe or the shower being part of the bedroom - definitely suited to shorter stays

The hotel is located in the very centre of Budapest, close to St. Stephan cathedral. All the major sights are in the walking distance. There are many restaurants and shops all around. The hotel is modern, it is a standard H2 hotel with comfortable rooms. The shower is situated right in the room, as is the sink, the WC is in a separate room. Wifi works very well. Breakfast is served on the ground floor. The breakfast room is huge, so there are no long lines and enough tables where to sit. There is a rich choice and the coffee from the machine is excellent.

It would be nice to have a fridge and a kettle in the room.

The location of the hotel is very central, just next to St.Stephens Basilica and close to the busy fashion street and ferris wheel, there are a loads of good restaurants nearby and also close to access public transport and supermarkets.

I like the breakfast, but it was same everyday But I think that is my opinion since I want variety in my breakfast
