The location is superior, located in the center of Pest, about 50 meters from St. Stephen's Basilica, about 900 meters from the Széchenyi Chain Bridge, about 250 meters from Arany János utca subway station, Deák Ferenc tér M subway station and 100E airport bus station About 500 meters, it is very convenient to drag suitcases to the airport and the train station in the direction of Vienna. There is a Lidl supermarket next door, and a Gelato Rosa rose ice cream shop on the other side. There are restaurants everywhere around, so shopping, dining, and sightseeing are very convenient. 2. The staff are very friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, speak good English, and can provide all possible help. 3. The room is spacious, clean, and very quiet. There are sufficient power sockets and USB sockets, complete bathroom facilities, smooth Wi-Fi, and the surrounding area of ​​the hotel is also very safe. 4. There are relatively few types of breakfast, but it is very fresh. Free coffee is provided throughout the day.

Before 7am in the morning and after 7pm in the evening, there is no staff at the front desk. If you arrive too late, it will be inconvenient to check in.

The location of the hotel near the Xmas market in front of St Stevens Basilica was excellent. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast room was too busy sometimes and did not really meet the requirements of hotel guests. It was cramped sometimes and very claustrophobic. It was as if the space allocated for breakfast was an after-thought as it spilled over into people sitting at tables in the corridor to the rooms. There was no hot option for breakfast but since the space allocated barely met the needs at busy times this would not have been easy to arrange. I would happily stay again..no problem...but I would have a coffee in my room and arrange to have breakfast elsewhere.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. There was a 24/7 water bar available in the breakfast room and the breakfast coffee machine was available until 10 p.m (there was also a simple coffee machine in the room). The hotel is located walking distance from Vaci Utca, the Opera and the Parliament. Moreover, near the hotel, you can find restaurants, bars and Lidl supermarket. In addition, the staff was excellent, helped us with our requests and was available. Special thanks to Eva, Alexandra, Lilla ,Orsi, and the hotel manager Marc.

The hotel entrance wasn't welcoming. In addition, there weren't eggs, pancakes or anything that involves cooking in the breakfast.

The location was IDEAL! Just a block away from St. Stephen's Basilica and so much more. It was an ideal location for walking around the central part of Pest, across the bridge to Buda and taking in so much of this beautiful city. There are restaurants all around, a grocery store just a few doors down, and a gelato shop on the other side! It was wonderfully quite. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions if needed. The breakfast was delicious every morning with fresh bread, meat, cheese, cereal, fruit, and wonderful coffee. I was surprised at the number of electrical outlets all around the room as well as USB outlets so staying powered up was easy. One of the best parts was that I felt like I was going to my own little flat each day instead of being in a larger hotel where you wake up and could be anywhere. The hotel is very secure as well.

I honestly don't know of anything I didn't like other then maybe having a different room with a different view. But that was a minor detail.

Location is right next to St. Stephans Basilica. Oper is also nearby. And also very nearby are many nice restaurants Retro Langos Budapest, Bestie, Pad Thai wokbar, Gelato Rossa. Also Lidl is next corner. So location wise is definitely excellent. Many transport options as well nearby. The Chain Bridge is also very much in the neighbourhood if u google. Breakfast was continental. So light breakfast. Staff were very friendly on both days. They were very helpful with good recommendations as well. Definitely recommended.

Only for our room, the shower room was visible from the bedroom through the shower glass. But for couples this would be okay I guess.

The location is perfect (next to one of the most beautiful sights of Budapest) and 5 minutes from 2 metro stations. The room is beautiful and has all the facilities. The staff is very nice and ready to help

When I moved in, I saw some hair and mud on the bed. It seemed like the bedsheets weren't changed after the previous guest. This is a significant disadvantage, though in other places, the room was clean. Also, there is a common balcony for all the rooms (you can't enter it from the room, but you can see it, and it makes you feel a little unsafe that some people might see you through the window.

Perfect location! Rooms are well appointed and very clean. Smaller hotel that pays to attention to every last detail! Even though a continental breakfast, had everything you need.

Communications 7 months after booking and paying, advising of admin error, so requesting substantial amount of extra payment. The messages back and forth added extra stress. Eventually they waived the extra.

Very good central location, metro station nearby, very big and spacious room. Very good and simple continental breakfast. Quick and easy check in/out. Good coffee during breakfast and coffee machine in the room. Extra complimentary water.

Room 110. Safe box did not work, rain shower head produced not shower but waterfall as water was spilling everywhere. Kinda dirty bedsheets. Broken thermometer was found in the room - not quite sure was it alcohol or mercury based but it did not seem to be a concern when staff was informed. Hope hotel will resolve these at first glance small issues but not the ones you would expect for paying such a price.

Location! It is close to everything. Big room and bathroom. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Windows can be open. It has a very nice European feeling; like having your own apartment in the heart of Budapest! Quiet. Good customer service from desk, especially Eva. Breakfast isn't that great, but good enough.

The cell application doesn't open the street door. A card issued by the reception is needed for that. I didn't like to have my name loudly announced every time I opened the street door.

Prior to arrival -Probably the best service ever received by any hotel with recommendations of restaurants to providing reservations to letting us know event hours when they were open. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the room depicts that with the style chosen. Wi-Fi and location great.

I had to learn that coffees are served with cold milk and not warm milk. The continental breakfast was OK but if you are looking for any eggs or bacon traditionally, it was not provided.
