The Hotel I well located next to a couple of sights and also a famous spa. The Hotel itself is nice, the staff is very helpful and 24/7available. Breakfast could have more options and the orange juice is just water! The room was really nice. Huge balcony, a big comfy bed and the room had a decent sice ...... Amazing was that we needed to leave at 4am and they prepared breakfast for takeaway which we found amazing. Overall the city is spectacular when you are interested in architectural buildings and this hotel is a very good place to stay!

The only thing I did not like was the shower because the shower heat is way to low. I think the max. height is 170cm

Great location for an airport layover - right on Andrássy Avenue so very easy to catch a Bolt Taxi (less easy to take the metro IF you are traveling with bags). Hotel is very close to the main metro (1 minute walk) which is a short 10 minute ride down to to the heart of Pest. I hoped to visit the baths but did not get up early enough given my mid-day flight - but would stay at the Mirage again for location alone, being so close to the baths and other attractions in that vicinity. There is also a Chinese medicinal facility on-site which I didn't have time to take advantage of. Excellent selection of herbal teas :) The hotel was very clean, easy check-in and accommodating staff, and kindly held onto my baggage for a few hours while I took a few hours in the morning to explore the city. Team member Pál went above and beyond with a late night vehicle emergency; a colleague who dropped me off at the hotel before departing on a 4-hour trek back, broke down in rural Hungary. Pál organized the late night taxi and made communications between English/Hungarian with the hotel I had reserved for my colleague. He saved the day, thank-you, Pál!

The room was a bit smaller than I thought from photos - BUT it absolutely was not a deal breaker to me as the point of being in Budapest was to be out of the room and in the city! The breakfast was less vegetarian friendly - but again, not a deal breaker.

Recepton staff are very helpful: helped us to order taxi, organized takeaway breakfast. Special thanks to canteen for fresh and really testy breakfast. The bathroom fillings was healthy and really good. Usually we are not using hotel's shampoo and gel. But this time We really liked chineese shampoo and gel. Our stay was not long, so had no chance to see medical part of the hotel. Probably next time will do.

Breakfast menu can be wided, for example with omlets. Following pictures, we thought that there is a swimming pool in the hotel, but that was a pictures of one of the hotel's bathroom.

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast included! I liked their variety of interesting medicinal teas (as I am a tea drinker). It's also situated in a very nice location. The rooms are great too! Everyone was very friendly at the hotel, just was a bit different to communicate to the lady that was cleaning the rooms as she couldn't speak English so it was a challenge to ask for an extra pillow.

Since it's slightly on the outskirts (and feels a bit more residential), there was not a lot of variety in terms of restaurants close by for dinner. Also the bathroom was not very brightly lit, would have preferred slightly brighter lights to see better in the mirror.

The room was really clean, the staff were really kind, the breakfast was awesome and the wifi range great. The location in the heart of the capital was so gorgeous and we could easily find a place to park our car right next to the hotel without taking a spot from the hotel's parking lot. The facilities were great. The main value that it has is that is so close to city center and therefore close to great restaurants such as Indigo (an Indian Restaurant at about 1 km away from the hotel). The gouses and the monuments that are nearby are stunning.

I found that the price for a parking spot was excessively expensive: 20€/night whilst in Germany it's only 7€/night. The size of the single bed was ok but it could have been better as sometimes I feared I could fall off the bed. Too bad the room did not have a freezer too together with the fridge.

Despite checking-in late night due to a huge delay of the flight, we were greet and meet well

Nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our rather short stay. Just few suggestions for potential improvements: - having a bidet is always a HUGE plus; - TV screen size is not big enough taking into account distance to the bed.

The hotel and room were both very clean. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The private bathroom had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was fast and connection was easy. The included breakfast was delicious. The location was just a few minutes walk from the metro station.

The elevator was small, so it took a while to get on during the morning, so the stairs surrounding the elevator were more effective.

The hotel has a very good location, right next to the beautiful square and park. Metro station is just few meters and just few stops to the city center so its very convenient. Room is nice, clean with everything we needed. Even the room was facing the street it was quiet. Breakfast was basic but nothing was missing. Good value for the money. Parking is available for 20eur a day

There were no curtains in the shower so the water was all over the bathroom in room 106

So close to my event and walking distance to the city center. Breakfast is free and they have a good selection. Housekeeping are excellent they even folded our clothes that was left on the chair. Would recommend this to all travelers going to Budapest.

Wish their was an elevator/lift in the front instead of going all the way to the back to drag the luggage. My daughter and I have to join forces to drag our luggage on the stairs going inside the hotel lobby. It was a pain and we were catching our breath.

Large room, convenient location to M1 subway line and a few tourist sites. Frontdesk and other staff members were courteous and helpful. I had a great time staying here and would definitely choose this hotel again when I will be in Budapest.

There were a few high steps at porch of the hotel, so it could be dreadful to drag heavy luggage up and down.
