Location - very easy and safe to get to from the nearest metro station, I walked it several times by myself after dark and felt fine. Really convenient too as the line went direct to the city centre one way and to Heroes Square and city park the other way. Ideal! Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, I received some messages from Andras before my arrival with recommendations and tips of things to do which was so helpful. Miranda made up a lovely breakfast! Check in was self service and Andras messaged me directions for this which was really easy. I was able to store my luggage on my last day and leave the key after I'd collected it, very helpful. Plenty of options for breakfast for such a small B&B.

Nothing really, it was ideal for a 3 night stay and I was out until late each evening so wasn't there much!

The room was quite nice and looked clean, the location was really close to the transportation system ( buses, metro). And the best was the breakfast with a variety of breads, sausages, salad, cheese, that was over my expectations. And the lady who prepared the breakfast was really friendly.

There were two issues that could happen at any moment. First the holder of the hand held shower was cracked. It was fixed immediately and also when I tried to plug the small fridge and the cable almost burned. I know it will be fixed. Even though these events I will recommend it for sure.

B&B Itself is easy to find, so easy to do self check in, owner just sent me the code. Room is clean, breakfast was ok, u get what u need for breakfast. and big bunos is u are in the city but a quite neighborhood, plus the location is close to public transportation, u have metro 1 to be in the center, and bus 105 to reach the other side of the city which cost around 350huf around .80/.90 € cents. If u are sportive u can just walk too, its just 1km or a bit more. But anyway u have the choice to take the metro or bus.In general, this is the best place to stay when u visit Budapest. U are in the city center but a quite part. Hope my review will help those who want to explore Budapest.

Nothing everything is fine, u pay the price. Off course its not a 5 star but good enough.

Great location in the very quiet and green street close to the M1 station and some 30 mins on foot to the Vorosmarty ter. B&B is in an interesting architecture building. Friendly Magdolna serves very good breakfast and is there every morning to help with anything. Easy access with precise directions from the owner Andras. Every morning fresh sheets and towels. Very clean and nice. Cool rooms even in +35 degrees outside. Will come again!

Some quiet, chill out music during the breakfast would be nice...😉

I loved the breakfast lol, and the place was really nice as well.

Communication, I told them I was arriving between 1-2 but when I got there I realized you needed a pin code to get in, so I had to call and get that. Also checking out I didn't realize I had to pay, I assumed I had already paid. I guess it was one of those places where you pay when you show up, any way as I was leaving for the airport the lady mentioned I had to pay, so we had to call the owner and make payment over the phone, so just overall communication should of gone smoother, but not a disaster:)

I always compare price, location, breakfast, cleanliness etc. Budapest bed and breakfast does have a great value for the price paid, nice neighborhood (embassy area) close to metro (like 100 meters) and its a safe and cosy area. Though the bread and breakfast only has 5-6 rooms, it has a very nice breakfast with a great variaty of food. The room was clean and a small problem with the bathroom zink was cleared very fast.

Only problem was the coffee in the morning, it was cold, then the coffee is brewed and then the coffee machine is switched off after finishing, which means the coffee gets cold fast. I dont know why, i guess the breakfast lady are not a coffee drinker, i advice to buy a thermos bottle and poor the coffee in this instead, when finished, but the brand of this coffee machine used are known for brewing cold coffee. As you see, this is the only problem i came around. So all in all i could easaly return another time.

Very nice, big and clean room, huge comfy bed, unproblematic and kind staff, big and clean bathroom with a bathtub - everything was great. Room cleaned daily along with a replacement of fresh towels. Great location very close to the metro and some nice restaurants and bars. Very quiet street lined with trees. We had an amazing stay in Budapest:)

Breakfast was nice and tasty but I wish there had been more veggie options and maybe eggs in different forms - hard boiled eggs every day. But it wasn't really a problem:)

Great location, nice inner yard, close to public transport and train station. It was quite quiet at night, although there were some renovation in front of. Breakfast is very good for the price. I was lucky to get the room on the last day. I would stay there again.

Check-in details were sent by text message via WhatsApp, which I didn't notice. It might be difficult to get the invoice, I got ir only after 10 days of continuously texting and calling.

The way the B&B is managed is great: self check-in and check-out, option to store the luggage on your last day, clean rooms, access to cutlery and microwave at all times... Room was OK, not too big or small and several options for breakfast although maybe a bit lacking for vegans. We particularly loved the flexibility and felt very welcome and comfortable, so we certainly recommend it!

Would be nice to be able to pay by a card or let us know in advance that it is not possible and we should have cash or pay with a transfer. Not a big issue, we were able to solve it, but it was not a pleasant end od the stay and heads up about the payment would solve it all.
