This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Allow me to begin by mentioning that we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 a.m. due to a significant 3-hour delay, and fortunately, the self-check-in process went very smoothly. The hotel is not only exceptional, but everything and everyone associated with it are truly outstanding. It features automatic lighting throughout the common areas and the rooms, which adds to its elegance and technological sophistication. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious! It is very well situated and in a quiet area.

What's not to love?? This started as a normal trip but became a hero's journey. My flight arrived at 2 a.m. and i made it to the hotel by about 3. Illès had everything ready to go, and I was checked in and in bed within about 10 minutes. At one point, she brought me fresh out of the oven rolls, said the sweetest thing, and really touched my heart ❤️ The location is simply 10/10, as are the amenities. Back to my friend Illès. I left this morning with a 330 a.m taxi. I had stored something with the hotel and planned to pick it up before leaving. I didn't realize they didn't have an on-site attendant after midnight. The hotel is automated, so really, why would you? I called Illès and surely woke him from a deep sleep (mind you, I'd already cut one of his nights short with my 3 a.m. arrival). To his everlasting credit and my endless gratitude, he jumped in a taxi and went straight to the hotel. He found my item and brought it to me AT THE AIRPORT! You just don't get service like that! People don't sacrifice naturally for others, yet he did. I barely made my flight, with everything in tow. Illès you are incredible. I'm so grateful to have met you and consider you a dear friend. Thank you for your sacrifices for me. I stand in awe of your character, goodness, and leadership. Anything I can do to bless your life like you did mine, you let me know. You've got my number! The service/personnel was really nice. Everytime you asked for something they were always ready for you and they always greeted you when you came back or left your room. We had a problem with our booking due to our own mistake but they kindly helped us. The room itself is nice, not too big but very aesthetic. And free Netflix! Hotel was near a metrostop, nice too. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great time in Budapest!

Everything was nice except that our room didn’t have windows. It didn’t make our trip bad but it’s just a tip for the hotel maybe next time ;)

Great apt / hotel room for a 6-person family. 21st century smart apt with lots of facilities.

We were not informed that the apt was in a separate building next to the hotel. This building was old, a decrepit, which did make for a good first impression. My dad also requires a walking stick, and this building had a flight of stairs before accessing the lift. The apt is new, but in the middle room, the pole holding the curtain fell on my dad's head on the last day. Luckily, there was no injury but no remorse from the reception team other than to admit that it was not our fault. Overall though - a good place to stay outside the city centre. Good breakfast with a really polite staff!

Our booking was originally for the 2 bedroom apartment, with beds for 6 ppl and air conditioning. In reality the air conditioning was a small movable cooling device (which uses water and ice blocks for cooling the air), which was inadequate for the 50m2 apartment with outside temperatures reaching 34˚C. The hotel personnel offered to change our booking to one room apartment with 4 beds (which was enough for us) and a real air conditioning system. We were happy with this solution, and all was fine with our trip afterwards, really nice and helpful ppl working in the hotel!

We booked the two bedroom appartment for our family of 5. In general it was fine and the kids where excited with the arrangment of the room. The room was clean, big and renovated and beds very comfortable. Good location 350 m from the metro station. The staff was very kind and the manager very helpful. The breakfast was average.

The flat is in a building next to the Hotel which is too old and that makes the first impression very bad. There was a bad smell in the room but for 3 days was ok. The most important is that there was no air condition and it was hot.They offered the opportunity to move to another appartment the next day but was not easy for us. Extremely small toilet and one shower.

The staff was incredible. Everyone always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast was done well even if a little on the expensive side (EUR 12) for what was offered. I also liked the smart technology in the room. You could opt out of room cleaning using the smart panel. The hotel is in a quiet area but very close to the main streets of the city.

I am not a big fan of two twin beds put together to make a large bed. It's uncomfortable to roll over into the middle part of the bed at night. The room was on the small side but I saw there are larger ones. The walls are a little on the thin side so I could hear my neighbors' fun time lol.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and despite the room being a bit small for us, it was very cozy and comfortable. We decided to have the breakfast at the hotel, and everything was delicious; we enjoyed it. And, of course, a very pleasant surprise was the gift from the administration for my birthday. The staff is highly attentive and helpful. The location was very convenient for us, and we happily returned on foot in the evenings from the city center. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back.

First of all I would like to commend the reception desk for always kindly helping us with everything we needed — Dora for the warm welcome and her advice regarding public transport and how to get to the nearest mall, Lily for helping us book a taxi to the airport and for always preparing the sauna for us every night that so we could use it as soon as we come back to the hotel after a long day of exploring the city, and the guy on-duty during our last day (I apologize I was not able to get his name :() for all his help and quickly fixing an issue we had with our key. The breakfast buffet crew as well treated us kindly with warm smiles everyday. :) Food in the breakfast buffet has just enough variety for me and we enjoyed it. Our room is filled with smart features which were explained to us beforehand, all very easy to use for our convenience. We really liked the sauna and steam bath, we always went there during the evening after a long tiring day. The place is clean overall and we liked the interior design of the hotel, from the lounge to the room, maybe we just preferred the lights to be a little warmer and brighter (mainly for the photos) but we also understand what kind of theme the hotel is going for, so this is just a personal preference. :) The hotel’s place is VERY near to the M1 train station in which you can reach ALMOST EVERY TOURIST SPOT in a matter of minutes! Also very close to LIDL in case you need to buy some essentials. There are different shops and restaurants nearby. Although close to almost anything, the neighborhood is peaceful and not really that crowded. The room was sound-proof and we slept well at night. We really loved staying here, I already recommended this to my friends in case they visit Budapest in the future. I am also hoping to come back as well in the future since Budapest stole a piece of my heart and I would love to visit it again. Köszönöm for being a part of our Budapest family trip. ❤️

car parking is really nearby and it is guarded. if you are traveling - don't leave your car outside overnight, it's not safe. especially if your personal items are inside. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean, the staff is friendly.

this hotel has a spa which is great. but I would not call this place a hotel - rather, it is an apartment with a reception. to get to the spa you have to go outside from your room, then you can take a spa bath. it is impossible to do this in a bathrobe and slippers - you just need to be fully dressed, and so on the way back. there is no place for clothes and personal belongings in the spa area itself. with breakfast the same situation - you need to cross the street.
