Cosy, quiet location, in a bigger complex. Instruction to get in were clearly communicated, since staff is not always at the location, we could come in and go as we pleased w/o any worry that we might get stuck outside :) . Breakfast is at a close by coffee shop, lovely staff there, croissants were to kill for had them every morning :)

I am a light sleeper, and unfortunately we had the room w/ the heating system (for the whole place) located in the bathroom. So when that triggered it was quite nosy.

The room was large, with plenty of space and the building and its architecture really amazing.

Apart from the fact that you serve it on a different site (it's not at the hotel), the breakfast (if you can call it that) is insufficient; it's more like a snack - there is no variety and you are not allowed to order more than one type of food (sandwich/croissant/etc.)

Great facilities located in a classic old building super secure and very quiet I didn't see anyone else, it's sort of self service there was no reception as such but that was all easy to navigate after a few emails with entry instructions, great breakfast located at the cafe Luna down the road which was super tasty and delivered with a smile, 20 mins walk into old town and the river.

All good, maybe the walk to town.

Room was clean & comfortable and in a very convenient location that was not too close to the centre, nor too far away. The rooms were kept very well maintained on a daily basis.

I had difficulty finding the location initially but it was mostly my own fault, plus my maps had the location slightly off so I tried to access the wrong courtyard for some time. Plus, the cleaning was non-optional so if I was in my room at 11am I would find the cleaner would let themselves in.

The accommodation is in the heart of a very embracing grand old building. Being outside of centre city means you can escape the throngs of tourism. For example Linka the local coffee shop which serves your delicious breakfast has locals with dogs dropping in for their espresso. Across the road is the local supermarket. And the exquisite little shop next to Linka sells beautiful hand crafted gloves. Oh and the room was superb.

I didn't get the television going. But then that's sad to be watching TV in such a vibrant city.

Loved the history of the building and the way when we entered an unassuming door a whole new world opened up inside. It was so quiet: no steer noise and very comfortable. We also loved the breakfast.

We loved the breakfast but the second day we were not able to get our breakfast because the cafe did not open until 9 am. Apparently it is 9am on weekend not the 8 am of the typical week and we had to be at the airport so did not get to eat 😕

Room was perfect, modern and clean

The hotel does not provide own parking spaces. You have to find one on the street.

Room looks good and has a mini fridge, tea facilities and a toaster. Position of the location, beautiful court (would have appreciated 2 chairs outside), easy self check in, decent pricing.

At 9 15 in the morning someone tried to open our room door (it was the lady that is administrating the rooms, we later found out). Had we forgotten to lock the door, she would have found us naked in bed :)) A mosquito repellent would have been useful in the room, as no air con and window was left open for fresh air by the host (walls are very tall, you can't really catch mosquitos). Bathroom door is not closing in room 1.

Everything was really nice and the staff were kind and helpful. We stayed there for New Year’s Eve and they even gave us a bottle of champagne, which was really sweet from them! We really appreciated it ☺️

The room was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The room was also cleaned and restocked daily without request The host provided clear and timely check-in and check-out information that was easy to follow; he was also very accommodating and allow my daughter and I to check-in earlier than 2:00 pm without charging an additional fee.
