I was contacted by the company who sent all the information I needed to get into my room. I had a late flight into Budapest which meant I didn't get the suite until after midnight. The fact there was a code to get in was great as it didn't matter what time I arrived. I contacted them through booking.com before my arrival and they were really helpful. The room was so much more than I expected and exceptional value for money. My name written on a cute chalk board on arrival, so I knew which room was mine. I thought this was a really nice touch. The room was lovely and warm, which was needed as it was winter and snowing outside.

It was further from the city centre than I expected, but that was due to me not looking into it well enough. However, it was a 2 minute walk from City Park which has the ice rink. I'm really happy about this as it is such a beautiful park, and I don't think I would have spent much time there if I was nearer the centre.

It was clean, very pleasant, special room! It is close to the city centre and other attractions such as the Szecheny baths and Heroes’ Square are at 10 minutes walk. There is also a very close private parking which is also an important facility if you come by car, you can easily buy daily passes and leave your car in safety. I highly recommend, as the hosts are also responsive and kind!

The only minus was the shower. The water drained super slowly, however, I understand that it might be a problem with the pipes so I don’t think it’s a big issue, therefore the 9 points. If it weren’t for the shower, it would be a 10 for sure!

The location was very good, there is a bus stop steps from the front door and several tram stops less than 5 mins away. Super easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

The top sheet did not fit the bed properly and we struggled with it the entire time. It was simply not large enough and kept slipping off. Very annoying.

The host was really lovely and friendly, answering any questions within a few minutes. Breakfast was great and different options left for us everyday. Location was great, a lovely big park opposite and easy access to buses/underground. The apartment itself was nice and big, the bed was really comfy and it was nicely decorated.. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to any friends visiting Budapest. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The location was excellent to commute to places. We have not used any public transport as we walked within the city. Shops, bakery, cafes ect all within 5 minutes commute.

The heating didn't automatically kick in to the rooms and the host has come and sorted the issue out instantly, but there was always hot water.

VERY comfy beds! Lovely decor, easy to park, easy to access and right next to the beautiful park. Great communication from host

Windows were frosted and shuttered so felt a little 'shut in'. Would be nice if there was tea and coffee in room. Shower head needed replacing and shower leaked a little. But none of this was a big deal

The room was very stylish and we liked the building. The owner was very helpful to bring a missing key over quickly. The internet was quick.

The bed wasn't great for my back although it felt comfortable at the start. The communication before arrival was a bit slow and it would have been helpful to have the answer to a question earlier.

It’s central & easy to get public transport. If you have kids it’s perfect as the park is exactly in from of the suites.

It’s a bit doggy when you enter as it’s an old building, although it has its own charm.

All the instructions for getting there and doing the self check-in etc were timely and clear. Good size room, clean and good bed. Good value for money.

The building where the rooms are is pretty run down but it blends in with the charming character of the city.

The espresso and laundry machines in the hall are really handy. The staff was very considerate and answered messages quickly. They even managed to get me breakfast before regular hours on my checkout day.
