Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room. Great rich breakfast.

This time during our stay we were woken up by frequently slamming doors around our room. The plates during our breakfast were piling up while last time those were regularly taken away from our table for more comfort. The staff during the breakfast was rather busy with gossip and music than bringing away the plates and cups from the guests. We just have seen this working differently during other stays in this hotel.

Size of the room was very good. Spacious. Only advise I would give to the management is to perhaps set up a small table/ chair by the entrance, as there is nowhere to leave smaller bags/ gloves/ scarf/ smaller items. But that is just a preference. Otherwise it was very clean, comfortable. Good mattress and pillows. All very clean. Very friendly, helpful staff which is always an important bonus. There was a small sauna room downstairs but it didn't work properly (had to wait for a while for it to reach about 50 degrees). But again, didn't mind that as everything else was lovely. But the best part was the breakfast- so so good! Very delicious, with lots of options. On Sundays they give sparking wine (YUM)! Variety of juices, breads, cheeses, baked goodies. YUM YUM and YUM. I really liked it and couldn't stop eating! Probably even put on weight cause of all the delicious food, hahaha oh well! But definitely a recommendation from me. Thank you!

Bed is big and comfy, the room was super silent, despite the hotel was full, staff is very professional. The bar is open 24/7. This place is a safe choice, I'll return from time to time.

The breakfast coffee from the Lavazza coffee machine was straight horrible. The "gym" is a container in the court with a few elliptical trainer as you can see on my picture on the left. It is completely pointless. In the room there is a painted, but still transparent glass between the bed and the toilet. So you can see your loved one whatever he/she is doing in there. The breakfast hall was crowded with tourists in the morning, it is a busy place.

Excellent service and commodities, very good breakfast and convenient location, overall very nice stay and would definitely recommend.

The only advice I have for the hotel team is to put in another glass or door or shower curtain in the shower, because as we take a shower all the water comes out and onto the floors which can be dangerous to fall in, and I imagine not great for the cleaning team to clean up every day, but this is not a critical issue, just an advise for the hotel to think about. Still an amazing hotel room and bathrooms, would definitely come back any time.

The hotel is a 10/10 in every sense. It is located very close to the city center so you can reach a lot of places on foot, but there is also a metro station nearby if you need it. The staff was very kind and forthcoming, they accommodated our every request. The room we stayed in was superb. It had lots of space, very comfy beds, big TV, excellent AC, and a lovely balcony with a view of the garden. We especially liked the mini bar which was well stocked and reasonably priced. The bathroom was also spacey and well stocked, but the best thing about it was the big shower with a rain showerhead that was just a joy considering the hot weather outside. Considering the location of the hotel and all of the amenities, we were very happy with the price of our booking. Will definitely come back to Budapest and will be booking the same hotel without a doubt.

A minor thing, but if I had to say anything it would be the fact that there is no door on the shower cabin, so the water can sometimes spill over a bit on that side.

We stayed here for four nights and we liked everything about this hotel! Very friendly staff, a surprise in the room for Valentine’s Day, clean, quiet, great selection for breakfast. The hotel is a 5min walk from the tram/underground. A ticket costs €1 (in time of writing) and can be bought at the ticket machines and stamped on the tram or in the underground station. It’s €1 no matter how far you go. If you want to walk into town (depending on where you want to go) it takes you approximately 30min. It’s a nice walk too, there’s plenty to look at.

I love the location, you can explore the city center by foot, but a metro station is also nearby, if needed. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. There is a garage, but only accessible via a car elevator. It takes a few minutes, but therefore it's a super save place for the car. The people at the reception desk are exceptionally friendly. Sauna is available 24/7 (on request)!! Finally the breakfast is wonderful, really great choice of food. It was our second time in the hotel and for sure we come again when we are in Budapest - and we recommend it to all our friends!

Wonderful hotel in all aspects, what a discovery! Rooms are quiet, from outside and from other rooms and quiet big. Desk, coats hangers, closet, safety box, chairs, reading lights, big TV. Not disturbing lights at night. Mattresses are soft and very comfortable. Toilets new, well thought, including hangers for towels. Design is beautiful and comes with functionality, like the lamps. Aircon perfect.Bridge in the room. TVs in different rooms from the same reservation are connected and the same YouTube can be played at the same time. Full check-in can be done before arrival. Breakfast is amazing, with quiet a few healthy options, juices to be done, pressed apple juice, full fruits. Staff is really friendly and attentive. Garage on site. Sauna also available although we didn't use it. Lobby and bar are very inviting for a drink or just sit, as well as terrace in behind. Location is very convinient close to trams and to walk to the riverside. Specially good the quality offered for an extra bed in the double room. It came with a slatted bed base and good mattress (compared to other hotels where they just offer a foldable bed). Great value for the price. One of the best hotels I have been, with focus on the wellbeing of the customer.

Super friendly staff, a nice fresh interior, with a spacious and freshly decorated room. Very clean, with a delicious breakfast selection offered. A big thanks especially to Emese and Mercedes for their help with changing our booking at the very last minute (twice!) due to flight cancellations - we really appreciated your flexibility, patience, and warmth. Will definitely stay here when we return to Budapest - two days just wasn't enough!

If I was being super-duper fussy, then the shower edgings could have been a little cleaner. But really, there wasn't anything we didn't love about this hotel!
