Good location, clean rooms, had everything we needed and very confortable beds. The breakfast has lots of options and is very good.

The person at the reception in the evening of our arrival wasn't the friendliest but the one we talked to the next day was very helpful and friendly. The parking service is offered in collaboration with another firm - we had the bad luck of finding that the barrier/key card not working (the nice man ath the parking was very helpful and tried to explain us what the problem is). Other than that, the parking is a little tight (might have issues with a big sedan, good enough for a hatchback car).

We loved everything about the hotel, the location is very close to the city center and it was incredibly warm and comfortable. The staff was always eager to help and breakfast was very satisfying.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The only thing that made us a bad impression was that during the check out we were told that we had emptied the mini bar on our second day while, in reality, we had not even touched it. We had no issues with the reception as they fortunately did not press things. I am just giving this as feedback because obviously someone from the staff lied about it and it made us feel uncomfortable. Again, the staff handled this perfectly but I mention it solely because the hotel might need to take measures from this happening again in the future.

The hotel personnel was welcoming and very helpful, especially on our arrival, whereby some important information was given to us regarding how to travel around the city. Breakfast was excellent and varied every day. There was a substantial choice ranging from English breakfast to different types of bread, cereals, fruit, and a variety of tasty sweets. The hotel is situated in the Budapest Corvin area. It is a perfect location as you can reach various Budapest attractions within walking distance. Furthermore, it is situated only around 6 to 8 minutes walk away from the metro station named Corvin-Negyed as well as the tram stop. Next to the hotel, there is a big shopping mall named Corvin Plaza and in front of it, there is a street full of restaurants of every kind.

There was no option to pay the hotel from Booking.com before the trip, so the payment had to be affected only on our arrival. Hence, this resulted in a charge from my bank due to the currency conversion from Forint to Euro.

We were in superior room, and it's really is😀we have cot for baby also...staff is very helpful. Very clean, quite good breakfast.Location is excellent, next to shopping center and garage, and some pedestrian zone with lot of caffees and restaurants...from 22h to 8h you can park on the street close to hotel, cause this is A zone, in B zone from 20 h is free...

As I mentioned quite good breakfast but for 4* hotel could be improved ( I was many times in 4*, so can compare)..for example there is no yoghurt, only scrambled eggs, not fried eggs...there is no more salads as I like and expected in some hotels they make mixed salade and even separate too...cucumber, tomato, tomato with cheese, with pasta some salads and so on...for tea an juices selection have no complains, 4 types of juices and 15 types of tea!

The room was very big and clean, towels were changed every day, the toiletries were limited, no slippers or shower cup or shampoo(thankfully I always carry our own), only dispensers with some soap. The temperature was very good and controlled by us. Quiet enough. The breakfast was good.

I was supposed to pay 240€ total, supposedly including a city tax when the prepay took place I was charged 246,84, when we got there for our check in, there was a charge of 8€ for city tax... I have opened a dispute with booking about these misleading and dare I say secret charges.... The view from the balcony was a wall, the sofa in the room had some strange discoloration and the carpets in the corridors needed vacuuming... Not a 4 star hotel as claimed but decent for the money it charged for two nights....

We arrived in the middle of the night. The staff was really nice and we got clear instructions where to park and how to get to our rooms. So when you can follow these instructions at 3 am after a 10 hour drive I would say they are good ^^ The room was huge and really comfortable I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Location is just perfect, middle of the city, there is a shopping mall right around the corner where you can buy anything you forgot home. We did not stay because of sightseeing but I can imagine booking the hotel and getting lost in the wonders of the capital city , if someone is into such travels. We stayed here with a 2-year-old child and the room was just perfect. Big enough that our son could run around, there were no safety hazard stuff around... All in all it was a super stay

We have spent 3 nights in this hotel, my fiancee and I + his parents and everything was perfect. The young guy who checked us in was really kind. I also asked for a special treatment to be prepared upon our arrival and it was prepared as I wished. We had a room with bathtube inside the room what we found pretty romantic. Breakfasts were rich, hotel was close to public transportation, which will take you to the centre within 10 minutes (trams) or 3 stops by metro. It is a walking distance from Great Market Hall. Highly recommend for a city break to explore Budapest. Great value for money/stay. Surely would like to visite Budapest again and stay in this hotel.

Everything was fine, just the cleaning of the room could be bit better. Especially the ceramics around the bath. Anyway, we had a beautiful stay.

Staffs! they are friendly and helpful. We took a early flight and reached the location at 9AM and was looking for any early checkin with extra fee. With all the efforts they put, we got a room at 10.30 AM.

Rooms were smelly.

All the most beautiful Budapest sights were very easily reached from the hotel. There was also a shopping mall right around the corner. The staff were super polite and friendly. The breakfast with hot coffee was pretty nice!

I found the bathtub next to the bed slightly weird. The carpeted floor and bathtub combo seems like a slight threat for water damage in the long run.

Amazing experience for the price. The room is large, we asked for double bed and a bath, they gave us all of it. The breakfast was tasty with big selection of food. The receptionist was very nice and helped us with all our needs. For sure will come back.

The hotel is a little bit far from the center (2 km) but you have 2 metro stations near the hotel, a big mall and long street with many restaurants and shops.
