The location of the hotel is in a good place, there are public transport stations nearby, you can reach a couple of beautiful locations on foot, and you can reach the locations in 20 minutes of walking or less. The room we stayed in was big, nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable. As for the staff, they are all very pleasant and always in a good mood. On this occasion, I would like to praise the work of the hotel manager, Andrew, who is a very pleasant person, he always had the time and willingness to answer all my questions, pointed out what to see, where to eat. Helped us with parking for our car on the day of departure, thanks Andrew. A real example of how customer service should be. This hotel has a bright future with such staff. Thanks again for everything.

Pleasant hotel near Széchenyi Thermal Bath. Nice and comfortable Deluxe double room with balcony. Very nice and helpful staff. The possibility of parking in the garage or on the street during the weekend for free. Free bathrobes and slippers.

The breakfast buffet (during our stay) did not correspond to the category and price of the hotel, the range of food was really very modest. It should be improved.

The hotel is not in the strict center of the city, but in the immediate vicinity is the train station and many connected public transport lines. Peaceful neighborhood. Sufficient public parking spaces in the surrounding streets. The rooms are spacious. The hotel staff speaks excellent English and is very approachable. We will definitely be back. There is a zoo nearby, so here is an opportunity to visit it as well.

Michael, the receptionist (nickname Andrew, codename the idiot) was a darling, who did (almost) everything for us. He deserves a raise. The cook was a very sweet and carrying person. Very recommandabele hotel.

We’ve really enjoyed here, the room was clean and comfortable, staff is also very nice and friendly, they even help/recommend you how to reach the city centre with public transport. All in all - great experience, I would recommend 10/10.

The property was nice, I assumed old flats transferred into nice and spacious apartments. Minimalistic decorated reception and restaurant with rooms fully equipped.

In comparing to other 4 star hotels is missing the luxury touch.

Very friendly owner, as well as personal. He helped us to book the best suitable ticket for public transportation via the App and shared some Dos and Don'ts in Budapest. The room was clean and spacious, nice modern bathroom. Parking lot underneath the hotel is very nice and comfortable Pizzas are offered in the hotel bar (only 3x differnet pizza options for food) - we had it one night and it was great. Public Transportation is very close and it takes about 10/15min to get into downtown by Bus & Metro. Access by car is also very good.

Carpet in the room was a little bit dirty here and there. There was no room service on Sunday, we just got new towels on the bed. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the items we had booked onto the room due to a system error – nevertheless, helpful receptionist helped to clear it up and all was settled soon. In summary, this had no impact on our general impression and stay.
