Everyone at the hotel is very friendly. Kinga, was especially helpful. She went out of her way to contact a rental car company for us since we don’t speak Hungarian and gave us some great tips of things to do. She has a very nice disposition and is welcoming as are the rest of the staff.

Would have been nice if housekeeping had paid more attention to detail-the bathroom floor behind the door was dirty, folded the duvet covers on the bed but didn’t really ‘make’ it. Essentially did the minimum. Screens on the windows would be nice.

The hotel is now the closest to the Thermal Spa thanks to a new direct path. The pool in the hotel is a comfortable 32C Nice sauna in the garden; free to use but you should reserve few hours in advance. I believe it's the best place to stay to access the thermalbad. You can go there even after checkout - the key is valid for the whole day of the departure.

The pool is good, but facilities like lights, bubbles, and jets are not working; probably they try to save on these "extras". It was a bit cold in the room; aircon working for heating was very noisy.

Everyone working at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Fresh bathrobes and towels were replenished when needed. The pool has plenty of comfortable chairs for lounging. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options. The proximity to the mineral pools, just a two minute walk away is great.

The pool tiles could use some scrubbing.

The hotel has to rethink the way the centralized a/c system works as temperatures are not foreseen to go down in the near future. Many thanks for the lady from the reception supported us ! Breakfast facility area has to have a better air circulation as well! These solved hotel will have a very high occupancy rate!

Good ***hotel, benefiting mainly from direct unlimited access to the Flexum Thermal spa; very nice and helpful staff, good varied breakfest, comfortable beds.

Cleanliness: hairs left after previous guests in the bathroom (and elsewhere) aro not acceptable !, hotel pool would deserve some thorough cleaning and maintenance

At first glance at the reception I thought it was going to be older, a little rustic. But instead it has been recently renovated and is quite modern. Beautifully decorated. very romantic. The pool had a few leaves in it and was a little dirty in a couple places but it’s an outdoor pool. Warm and fun to swim in. The breakfast was great! We had a wonderful time. No direct connection to the Spa but the walk is short. It was included in our room rate. The spa was smaller then some but lovely.

Nice, small hotel with the best location for wellness guests. Appreciate the opportunity to use the hotel pool before breakfast.

Please inform guests about the system of using an electronic key to open and close the doors. This will prevent the doors from being destroyed and reduce noise in the hotel. :-)

Breakfast is good..but the last two times there was no hotmilk next to the coffee machine. The cook was very attentive and offered scrambled or fried eggs...but served the eggs on an ice-cold plate.

I like the swimming pool..always around 30 degrees warm. The showers in the rooms are strong. They give plenty of towels and toiletries. It is wonderful to get free use of slippers and fresh bathrobe. The staff are very friendly and attentive and I enjoy staying here..I come here very often bcoz it is the best hotel in town. It is also extremely valuable bcoz they offer a secure gated parking area.

Quite and nice place.Comfortable bad and very clean room.Some thermal pools inside but didn't used looking that was just a transit night.Basic brakfast and inside parking(need to pay).

Breakfast can be improved.Room 14 don't looks like in the booking pictures.Cooling system is old and not provide a good cooling of the air.

Staff is very friendly. There is everything from fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal, to eggs and sausages for breakfast. The room was clean and fresh towels and robes were replenished when needed. The grounds are also, well taken care of.

The tile of the pool could use some scrubbing.
