The room and the bathroom are very clean. The bed is comfortable and really large The location is excellent - quiet place at a walking distance to the old city center. The internet is exellent - I had to work online and I did not experience any difficulties. What I was really impressed was the hotel staff, extremely polite and helpful about everything. The central station, where the bus for the aiport stops, is not far and if you are fond af walking, can be reached on foot. We loved everything about our stay, even the rain did not spoil it (we were kindly offered to use hotel umbrellas). The hotel has the authentic look of Bratislava, with really nice furniture and details. I would recommend it wthout any doubts.

I stayed for 3 nights It’s truly beautiful. It had a bed and breakfast feeling to it. The bellman took my bags to the room after check in. The bed was comfortable. The AC was the best air conditioning I’ve experienced in all of the last 80 days traveling in Europe. It allowed me to turn the AC Down to 15°C and it got so cold one night I had to turn it up. I was very impressed! The hotel is great walking distance to beautiful things to see and steps away from a beer pub, and a few more steps away to eat. The included breakfast was abundant and had lots of delicious items. The items in the mini fridge were free to consume. A bottle of water two beers and two sodas. The bed was a little stiff but I actually enjoyed it.

everything… It was pure old-style elegance. The rooms are spotless, the beds extremely comfortable, nice towels, slippers and a bathrobe, as well as little amenities like shower kits, shoe polish cloths, etc. The location was excellent, not far from the public transportation and not far from the old city, but very quiet. There were staff to help us with everything. They were quite professional. And we got a free breakfast along with it which was absolutely amazing… A huge buffet with everything labeled, local foods and international: the biggest variety and amount of food we had had on our trip. Easy check in, and key cards.

Beautiful hotel in the old town of Bratislava. Calm yet central street. Very friendly staff, the check in and checkout were fast and clear. A room might be slightly outdated (like old telephone and slight ware out in bathroom) but it gives a charm vibe, beautiful decor. The bad and pillows were very comfortable. Nice lighting in the bathroom. There is enough variety for breakfast, including champagne. The room was always well cleaned.

The only problem was that my room was situated near what I suppose staff room, and during the day I could hear noice of cleaners coming in and out, taking staff from there

Everything was amazing, Location is close to the center and the staff were helpful and supportive. I believe breakfast could be better as it was limited with 4-5 items only not as all 5 stars hotels I really enjoyed in this hotel it was cozy and vintage hotel

Once check out i was surprised that receptionist asked me for 29 Euro for parking and unfortunately no one informed me once checked in that it’s paid parking as I could find somewhere else cheaper than this price but after explained to him he was a generous and didn’t charge me i really appreciated that

A lovely boutique hotel for a short stay. Unfortunately there was an issue in both rooms with AC not working and we had to keep the windows open at all times. Staying here in the summer would be problematic given the heat in the rooms. Both mornings we were woken up at 7a.m. by moving trolleys outside our door and staff talking at loud levels. There were problems using the one lift as it seemed to be in use by service staff and on several occasions my parents had to use the stairs which was not ideal. Both the AC problems and loud noise have been commented on previously in other reviews. In general this is a good hotel at a good price, however, this is certainly not a five star hotel.

The hotel is located close to the centre of the old town in a stunning building. The decor is exceptional and everything was very clean. The breakfast is incredible with lots of options from cereal, bacon and eggs and also smoked salmon and trout available. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful and of exceptional quality. Don't bother taking shampoo and shower gel as there is a full range of L'Occitane products provided. The river Danube is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and both the old bridge and UFO bridge are within a 6 minute walk. The reception staff will order you a taxi if you want to go out of the centre and these are also of a high clean standard and not over priced.

There was nothing to not like about this hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and their English is very good. The pillows were a little soft for our liking but you can ask for more at reception if you need to.

Everything. This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. It is stylish, elegant and ultra comfortable. The location is really perfect as it is located in a quiet, residential street but just a few minutes walk from all the attractions of old town and the ultra modern Eurovea shopping centre with every well known shopping outlet plus a huge supermarket just minutes in the other direction. The Danube is also just a short walk away and lovely for a riverside stroll. A great breakfast with a large choice of pastries, cereals, hot and cold foods. But the big highlight for us was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff who really couldn't do enough. From arranging airport transport to making our restaurant reservations, they are a wonderful team, the nicest hotel staff I've come across in a long time. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Our twin bedded room was a little small but this was more than made up for by the comfort and elegance. Plus facilities like robes, slippers, tea and coffee making facilities.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for 1 night. The accommodations could not have been better! We loved the location, which was just a short walk to the busy Old Town area. There was easy walkable access to everything, including shops and restaurants. The room had a wonderful inner courtyard off of the suite, to sit and relax. The room itself felt almost like an apartment, (very spacious)! It was so cozy and comfortable! The complimentary mini-bar did not go unnoticed. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Thank you!

Everything was perfect.The location of the hotel is great and we reach every part of the city so easily, The breakfast is great and there is stuff there in order to help the visitors and to ensure that food is in a safe place (no hands, spoons, forks mixed ). The rooms are clear and disinfected , respecting the environment, There was everything that we need in the room , bathrobes, white flyffy towels, sanitary bags, There is also a machine cleaning our shoes in the entrance . The personnel is kind smilie helpful and willing to give you information and solutions. The library saloon is so atmospheric . The structure is so luxurious and of high aesthetic that gives you a very positive impression. The air smells freshness and the good vibes are all over the place. It is like a small palace and it worths its money.
