Good, functional accommodation. Useful stopover hotel, if you don’t mind being outside the city centre. Clean and well equipped. Helpful & informative staff. Good breakfast. Access to the kitchen for hot drinks. Free mini bar & welcome drinks. Fast check-in.

OUR mistake was to think we’d booked accommodation close by the main station in Bratislava - instead we’d booked close to a station further out. We were advised to take a taxi into town as walking in isn’t easy. Our balcony view was over the station, but it wasn’t too noisy, fortunately. However, that was not the hotel’s fault - we booked in haste.

The room was clean, the ladies from the reception, very open and kind. We were helped with parking, with tips regarding how to get in the city center. The breakfast was varied and good. Parking and breakfast were included in the room price. Just across the street, you can take the bus that takes you downtown, a ride of 10-15 minutes.

I usually choose accommodation that has a terrace or balcony, in order to have a place where to smoke. Every location I have been in that had a balcony, also had it arranged for smokers, inside being prohibited. In this case, I also chose this location with this in mind, having a terrace outside to smoke. This terrace only had chairs, no table and the sign that said that smoking is prohibited even outside. Even if a were a non smoker, a table would be nice to have to put a bottle of water, or a cup of coffee or tea on it. And an outside location designated for smokers.I have nothing else to add here, the rest was fine.

Good location with ~15 mins walk from main sites, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, rooms are new and comfortable with everything needed there. Great to have free welcoming drink! :)

Very noisy street outside (cars with high speed) - if you open windows, you would probably not sleep and if you close them and use A/C, you still hear the noise... consider this if you are sensible for outside noise or try to get room with windows on other side.

The prices are slightly higher than you would expect. However, you get the good service and facilities so nothing to complaint about there. I really have to praise the hard working and hospitable employees that were there in the beginning of September. It seems they keep everything under control, they were really great. The parking was available for free and easy to find, just next to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and good quality. Though I have to say that we were lucky that the buffet trays were brought in just when we arrived to the breakfast, so we were able to try some of the good stuff (salmon, some nice dried meat and cheeses). When this food was gone, the new trays didn't arrive with new guests coming to breakfast. So I get the reviews which say that they were underwhelmed with the offer. They probably only had some of the basic stuff.

If you're not by car it might be slightly more inconvenient to reach the city. Thought the city is really not far, everything is close in Bratislava.

Excellent hotel with extra friendly staff. Good breakfast. The possibility of using the buffet (fruit, coffee, tea...) all night. Gym is also possible to use. Even if it is not in the very center of the old town (approx. 2 km), there is a bus stop right across the door of the hotel, and buses to the center run non-stop. If you are too lazy to walk, this way you are in the center in a few minutes

Staff were friendly and helpful accommodation was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel was difficult to find ànd would have been so easy if there had been better instructions on how to get there from Bratislava train station as the 93 bus stopped right outside the hotel. We tried phoning the hotel from the train station two or three times for instructions on how to find it but our calls went unanswered.

Everything was perfect. We arrived around 11, and even if we were too early for the standard check in, they already had our room ready. The room was super modern and really clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of cold cuts, salmon, cheese and fruits. The staff was super welcoming and friendly.

Nothing I can think of. The only minor downside is that it's not so close to the city center, but it's really well connected. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

One of the best Hotel offering the little extras that are lacking in almost every other hotel we have stayed at and we have stayed in man, complementary drinks on arrival, free mini bar, free hot drinks and fruit all day in the breakfast room. We also ordered food to be delivered to the hotel and reception brought it to our room, now that's service.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was a let down, these days good WI-FI is a must this could be much better, another problem was the selection of channels on the tv none where English speaking, even a news channel would have been something. Breakfast was not to great, very limited selection, not everyone likes chocolate cereal and no hot food but lovely coffee.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this More Than Hotel Accommodation. A very friendly welcome, welcome drinks, free parking reserved for us and free bus tickets to the city. The security at this place is great. A tea kettle in the room was much appreciated, but the complimentary use of the Coffee machine in the breakfast room was even better. Thank you very much. Our room was well lit, quiet, and the bed was comfortable with nice soft pillows. To adjust the airflow from the aircon was a bit hard to workout. What I really liked about the modern bathroom was the enormous wall mirror. To have a shower in the bathtub without getting the floor wet is a bit hard and the height of the bathtub could be a challenge for some.

Breakfast Buffet consists of cold cut meat, cheese, smoked salmon, hardboiled egg, a good selection of Yoghurt and Yakult products andvariety of whole fresh fruits. The Muesli selection was a bit odd. Why? 3 different Muesli in 1 large Jar, on top of each other !? ;-) Unfortunately, no option for gluten free diet. The bread selection was also a bit dry.
