I liked mostly location of the hotel. It is located next to the Danube river as part of Eurovea shopping mall complex with plenty of shops and restaurants around, and it is just few minutes by walk to the historical down town. I was also positively surprised how quiet the hotel was. With a combination of size of the room, big bed and perfect pillows, the stay there was really relaxing. The breakfast was OK. Not exceptional, nor bad, and people in the hotel were nice and professional.

Some details... obviously, they used stronger light bulbs in the lights at the hallways and the lamp shades where a bit burned. Also some wallpapers were not in 100% shape anymore.

Large rooms, clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the "lounge access" which offered a relaxing setting to have a (complementary) drink and snacks. The pool is small but nice, the sauna is excellent. Good breakfast with rich options. The city center is some 10 mins by foot. The hotel is easy to reach by car coming from Budapest or Vienna.

Parking is rather expensive (40€) and it is valet only - not a problem in itself, but since we did not know that, we ended up searching for a non-existing garage entrance for 15 mins. Also inside, the hotel could use more signposts, but all of those are minor points.

The staff is nice and friendly when you talk to them but it's strange that when you pass by multiple times a day no one says hello to you or smiles..they just kind of ignore you in silence or chat with each other on the chairs 😁 I'm used to a different standard in different countries. What I also don't like as much is the dog fee being calculated per night, when I asked about it they said it's like a extra cleaning fee - though they clean once I leave so the fee should also not be 40€ per night

that was my second stay in Sheraton Bratislava … fantastic location .. helpful staff .. so quiet shopping mall beside .. old town 10 min walk super hotel big greeting to the staff coz I forgot my my cash and passport in the safe and they sent me an e-mail and I retuned back to receive my things back . thank you very much Sheraton staff .

Not quite central Bratislava, but the location was great, right next to the shopping center so plenty of options for food and drink if you want to head out. Great views and walks along the river. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was closed but you could eat in the bar and the food was good. Room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The hotel is very well located in the proximity of the city center. The hotel employees were well mannered and professional at all times, including the service delivered.

For such a high-rated hotel we expected a bit more variety in the breakfast buffet (especially more national produce). Possibly next time.

It’s great for the opera which is directly across from the hotel. Nice , big room and balcony. huge bed, very comfortable, not too firm. Attention to detail.

Our curtains didn’t pull completely together so there was a gap meaning we got woken up early with the sun light (End April), otherwise nothing

Everything, the hotel is absolutely outstanding, the service and the attention to detail makes you feel a valued customer. The location is great, next to a shopping centre and nearby several bars and restaurants located by the Danube river.

I was charged 80 euros as deposit and in check out I was told that the hotel will charge me for the city tax which is about 2 euros and the rest of the deposit will be released and I will get my money back. So it was on December 3 and till now I didn’t receive my money back. Could you please solve this issue.

We stayed for three nights waiting repatriation after my wife broke her ankle on a river cruise. Provided a disability room and a wheelchair fo my wife’s use. Excellent attentive staff. Comfortable beds and good amenities.
