Breakfast was great, we had wide selection of food. Fact that Hotel has a private parking which is covered by camera is phenomenal. Staff was very kind.

Parking is a little bit tight, but 95%+ cars can park without big problems.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, in a clean and welcoming small hotel Good range of breakfast and a nice touch, a barista style coffee e.g. Espresso included. Cereal, fruit, ham, cheeses, yogurt plus cooked breakfast. 50 metres from a bus stop into city centre, and direct to main rail station. 10minutes walk from shopping centre and bus station, which includes a Lidl store. Excellent power shower and extractor that prevented damp mirror etc even after three people had used the bathroom

Child bed was at the foot of the adult bed, quite limited for floor space

The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The room was clean and well equipped with a spacious bathroom, a hair drier, an electric kettle, some compliment mineral water, coffee and tea. The WiFi was very good. We did not have breakfasts at the hotel, we prefer local cafes for this matter.

On the whole, we enjoyed our stay very much. But there were some drawbacks as well. We chose this hotel because of the parking they offer and air conditioner. The parking was extremely narrow. Luckily, the receptionist kindly offered to park our car for us. The air conditioning did not work, although it was set at 10 degrees Celsius. We had to sleep with the window open which made the room noisy because of street traffic.

To be honest - everything, it is one of those times when I don't have a mood to criticize :). All staff was very helpful and welcoming, and eager to full fill any requests we voiced. Breakfast was exceptional in terms of quality - especially to note scrambled eggs, they were best of all I've ever tested in any hotels I've stayed before. Other things on buffet were on par with them, good quality, do not expect abundance and variety of bigger chain hotel breakfast, but offered was more than enough especially taking into account that this is a small hotel. Room was spacious an equipped with all we needed, and had separate aircon units both in main room and separate bedroom which was blessing in the heatwave we were in. Bathroom again, was quite big, only thing was a bit too short shower hose , so if you 180cm or taller you will not be able to shower without leaning your head under the shower, also bathtub a bit slippery. If you come by car you can reserve private parking for additional fee, spot will be kept for you during your stay, only thing that parking is quite tight so bigger cars may not fit so easily there. Location wise it is not in the closest vicinity of historical center, but it easily accessible by foot in reasonable amount of time, and you always can have a taxi of bus. All in all I would highly recommend this place to stay in Bratislava it worth every cent we paid for it, especially for families with kids, when you want to have apartmentlike room with plenty of space but in the hotel and without of fuss of daily chores with breakfast and all.

The room was clean, well equipped with required foods and drinks in the mini bar. Complimentary water bottle every day. Breakfast was sumptuous. Transportation is at the door steps to travel anywhere in the city within 20 minutes (by bus). Eurovea (shopping and cinema city) and Nivy shopping centres are the closest. WiFi is at the best on all the days I stayed. On a special mention, all of the front desk were amazing humans. You can strike a conversation and they are friendly to spare time with a smile. As a solo traveller, I felt nice to talk to someone in a new city. They wish everytime they see you, they offer help if you need and they are absolutely kind. This made my stay the most comfortable in Felicity. If I will be in Bratislava, I shall stay again with them..

Absolutely nothing.

Very clean, well-maintained. Extremely prepared and accommodating front desk staff. Though located some distance from the city center, we were aware of this before booking and found the bus to the action to be efficient and only 6 short and direct stops away - maybe a 10 minute ride maximum? This hotel was more than we expected and an excellent value for the money. Also, just a short walk to a new and modern shopping center. And just a 10-12 minute taxi drive to the airport. Breakfast was more than fine for us.

Room size for a family of three was tight but acceptable. Our television offered only the Slovak language which could be a turn-off for international guests. Both minor negatives. No other faults.

Location is fine ,close to the nivy center,the main bus station , walking distance from the City center . The owner is a friendly and professional man. The place itself is clean , well run , the room is well equiped and provided with little complementary stuff much appreciated. Bathroom is fine ,well sized ! We enjoyed our Time here.

Walls are thin and it can be noisy at night if your neighbours like to speak loud and don't hold the doors. A reminder of some basic rules in the rooms or corridors would be a good idea i think.

This family run hotel.is fab. From the first moment of arrival with massive amount of luggage and 2 dogs in tow, due to our car breaking down, we were helped and reassured by the Hotel owner who came to our aid immediately. He then proceeded to help us with so many things as did the rest of his staff and family. Thank you all. For the first time in days of stress we felt safe, welcome and the dogs have been spoilt to bits. Breakfast was very nice, coffee excellent, room has plenty of space, bed very comfy. Everything spotless. What else can I say except thank you for looking after us so well and spoiling the dogs with sausages.🥰

Very nice and beautiful hotel. It was near the center of the city, if you walk slowly that's 30 minutes to there. We were living in the top of the hotel. The room was were large with two large beds, couch, two TV, clima and bathroom. The rooms were cleaned and maintained everyday. The stuff were nice, kind and friendly. If we asked someone about something the give us the answer and more. The affordable ways to got to the city is bay the bus becouse is cheaper and fun for the kids. It cost less then one euro in one direction for adult, children less then 50 cent. You can buy tickets in the hotel. You must visit local restorations and beer pubs. Do not forget castle and 🛸 building.

Room was okay, nothing exceptional, with a view of a parking lot and also from the parking lot into my room (first floor, floor to ceiling window). Breakfast surprisingly great in the same space as the reception, one espresso is in the price of breakfast, you have to ask and wait for it.

I feel like the price was a bit high for a single room in 3* hotel. Receptionist on the day or arrival was awesome, receptionist on the day of departure seemed like she had a bad day.
