The place was very clean and comfortable. It was very warm and the bathroom has heated floors. The restaurant is very stylish looking and the breakfast was very rich and very diverse

Our 2nd stay in the family room, and we loved it again. Location is great; breakfast was plentiful. The new rule for parking made it easier this time - you have to pay to use one of the 8 parking spots inside the courtyard.

Bathroom in the family room - the door has a see-through glass pane at eye level through which you can see the person inside having a shower. The wall between the bathroom and the big room has a window up top - you could wake up the people sleeping in the big room when switching on the bathroom lights in the middle of the night. Self-adhesive window decorative foil (OBi/Praktiker) would solve this issue immediately. Lack of shower curtain and wall fixture for the shower handle. Water splashes everywhere. But the hotel management started addressing this issue during our stay.

Our stay at Hotel Piano in Szeged was absolutely delightful, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! This was our fifth visit to the hotel, and the first since the ownership change. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful renovations; the place felt incredibly fresh and very clean. The staff at Hotel Piano were exceptional and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly added a personal touch to our visit, and we felt like valued guests from the moment we arrived. Having a reserved parking place at a reasonable cost was incredibly convenient, and it relieved any worries about finding parking in the central area. The hotel's location is indeed very central, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and activities Szeged has to offer. The breakfast is reach with Hungarian offerings. We highly recommend Hotel Piano to anyone planning a visit to Szeged. Whether it's your first time in the city or you're a returning visitor like us, you'll be in for a treat. The hotel's charming ambiance, the warm and helpful staff, and the convenient central location all contribute to an outstanding experience. The hotel is in an excellent location - it is 10 minutes on foot from all the sights in the city and from the shopping center Arkad. The staff were extremely friendly and informative, with excellent English. Reading the reviews of other guests, we realized that the disadvantage of the hotel is the noise of the tram that passes by it. We fully compensated for this shortcoming by booking a room overlooking the courtyard (parking lot). It is possible to park in the facility for a price of 7 euros per day. Parking is accessible and safe (located in the hotel yard). It is worth paying extra for breakfast, because it is varied and abundant, and the breakfast room is extremely pleasant, with discreet jazz music. All recommendations for this hotel. If we come to Szeged again, we will definitely stay there.

The hotel is very well located in the city center, a few minutes walk from the Dome Square. Very clean, very quiet, cozy restaurant (only for breakfast). Competent staff, very responsive to client's requests. Breakfast was tasty. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable! Overall a great experience.

We've booked a quadruple room for 1 night. The staff was very nice, they prepared us everything we requested. The room was very tall, clean and nice. The breakfast is very good. We requested a parking place inside. It's not free, 5-6 euro per night but it was ok to have were to park and not to search around the hotel in the middle of the night. We had 2 beds, one queen new and very nice, and one king from PAL which was very noisy.

The quadruple room is at ground floor with the windows near the tram line. You can sleep only when the tram is stopped (00.00-05.00) otherwise is very noisy and you have the feeling that a train is passing by.

The location is perfect, literally 5 minutes on foot to the city center and other interesting points The accommodation is spacious and comfy with all the necessary equipment inside There is a great variety of food for breakfast (buffet breakfast)

Cleaning service started at 8am on one occasion Street parking is not free on Saturdays (or at least it wasn't when we were there; charges apply until 6pm). There is also 4-hour time limitation for street parking in front of the hotel so you'd better reserve a parking spot inside the hotel.

Everything. The hotel is modern furnished. The room is big, clean, very cosy, comfortable beds and a lot of pillows just as in the pictures. The breakfast is in the basement which is more than nice place :) The breakfast is rich and repeatedly is added what has finished. The staff is very polite. I recommend this hotel! It is a 3 min walk to the Dom square. There is a big supermarket near the hotel.

The tram line is in front of the hotel and when the tram is traveling it is very noisily.

Great location, in the center, just 2 min walk from the pedestrian zone. The staff is professional, kind and helpful. Everyone speaks fluent English. Breakfast was excellent, it's a buffet and the dinning room is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and modern. Parking space is provided on request, and it's worth the money (7€ per day). I definitely recommend this hotel.

If your rooms faces the street, it is noisy because of the trams going right next to the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean, the beds were big and comfy. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of varieties. The hotel is located pretty close to the city center, a mall, restaurants etc.

The tramways were very close to the hotel, there was a big noise each time the tram passed. The pillows were a little too hard for my taste.
