We had a 2 night stay at this hotel and overall it was a good stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, there was complimentary breakfast,though the food wasn't the best but it was manageable. The room service was good but they took a lot of time to deliver the food. The beds were cozy and there was a smart tv. Wifi was provided and the speed was decent enough. Overall the stay here was good and i would recommend it to people who would like to visit Chennai and especially for visa to book a room here. Btw the US Consulate was just 800m far and walkable distance.

The room service was a little delayed both the times we ordered. The complimentary breakfast had limited varieties and they weren't so tasty. The doors were a lot of hardwork , they fall back very fast after the door is opened and u gotta hold them.

Close to US visa consulate which is why I had booked the place. But in general the hotel is great! Breakfast is nice. Hotel rooms are clean and well equipped (especially liked their strong showers). Our TV had already connected accounts of Netflix and Amazon which was nice because we didn’t have to login to ours and later disconnect. For the price you pay, you get almost everything. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly

The room was a bit small but we took the most basic room so it’s not the hotels fault.

I took a family suite, it came with two rooms each room had enough beds to accommodate 2 people each. both rooms had a TV. the suite also had a sofa, table and a kettle and safes. bathrooms were modern and clean. rooms were well lit and had all amenities for an extended stay. Room service was prompt and food was good. Prices for in-room dining is okay. Comes with valet parking

The king room had wet wood smell in it so we had to air it out for sometime before use. The hotel has a lounge/ pub attached to it which was active from 11:00 to 1:00 am though the room has good sound proofing I couldn't sleep with the sporadic booms.

The property is very close to US consulate. So it was very convenient for us. The staff helped guide us. They made taxi arrangements by talking to taxi fella as the language fluency was the problem. And even manager showed so much consideration for our very late arrival.

The door knobs in our rooms were broken. Specially bathroom

Awesome breakfast, wonderful staff and location (10 minutes walk from US consulate).

Expensive; since it's closer to the US consulate and they'll charge you with liquor and night food rates which are in a direct conversion of a US dollar.

The staff was very friendly and considerate . There was a confusion with the payment and they made sure my in-laws are comfortable and allowed them to complete the check in . Appreciate the professionalism the staff showcased .

If you're visiting for US visa , this place is ideal location as its near from both biometric and consulate General, walking distance. Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean - food and service is very good . In a way it's economical / value for money.

It's a new hotel and the amenities are fantastic. It's clean and in a prime location that was close to the US Consulate. The staff was very accomodating with last minute room changes due to a personal emergency. Room service was great too!

They didn't have a dine in option for lunch or dinner but that is still under construction. The breakfast spread was good could also be improved.

People visiting US consulate this is perfect budget hotel. Both the Biometric and Consulate are 5 min walking distance. Multiple options for breakfast.

Very clean, good staff and good room service. The complimentary breakfast and the restaurant food in the hotel tasted good. Availability of hot water 24/7

Wi-Fi streaming a couple of times had lots of buffering. The room and service is very good but the price for the space of room is bit on high end(My opinion).
