They upgraded us to suite as we had infant and trust me that the best..the reception people are really humble and sweet..the female understands very little english but you can say she tries really hard to understand what guests are saying..the room was spacious with king bed..super comfortable room with attached hall..food ordered in room was super delicious.. humble staff.

Only let down was breakfast..the entire buffet breakfast was without salt..infact the live counter of omlette inspite of telling he never added salt to omlette..the muffins and slice cake were of ragi or wheat and that too non sweet and the slice bread was really very sweet... please look into the breakfast..if this is sorted then this is the best hotel too stay..any which ways we will definitely come back to ur hotel..

Somebody had smoked in the room alloted to us so the staff showing us the room quickly talked with the reception and got us an upgrade. We stayed 2 nights. The breakfast buffet was really good both days. Good enough spread for me who prefers continental and my partner south indian. The roof top restaurant has nice views of the city and a beautiful place to hang out in the evening. Location is central for all the touristy things Mylapore, the churches, shopping. and not far from airport. They also had complementary foot massage for one. My partner tried that and decided to take the whole package. It was very relaxing at the end of our trip.

The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to assist with everything. Housekeeping was very reactive when we needed anything. The staff at reception were very helpful with any request we needed. And the restaurant staff, there are no words to describe how warm and friendly they were. Our stay was so comfortable and it felt like home.

There was not much not to like

Distance to T-Nagar is close. Hotel staffs were very friendly and very courteous. Room size was usual. Breakfast was solely of South Indian type. Overall was a good stay and would gladly recommend to others.

Room 412-Mini fridge was not in working condition. Foot massager as stated in the booking was available.One big annoyance- hot water for shower is only available during am/pm peak hours. This is usual of many budget hotels. Hot water wasn't really hot. Water leaked through the curb while showering and bathroom floor was wet everytime.

Almost Everything about the hotel is Excellent. I have enjoyed my trip with my family and my daughter loved this place after a long time due to global pandemic. Reception staff are Very good . Specially Mr.RAJA helped us all and taken care of. Excellent Staff Excellent Breakfast Menu and Excellent Reception and house keeping thank you very much.

Hotel location was good and accessible for taxis to move around the city. The hotel is worth the price I paid, and they do a good job to keep it that way.

Could work a little better on the amenities and the extra bed we requested was uncomfortable.

I went to attend a conference in Chennai and stayed 4 nights. The hotel is a little bit far from the airport but that was not an issue at all. It was comfortable, the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious. The room was very well lit and spacious and quiet, clean. The location is good with cabs. autos available just outside the hotel.

simple, clean hotel. Staffs were friendly. They planned well and managed during Cyclone Michaung, by sending breakfast to our rooms, and generator to supply electricity since there's was a power supply stop by local government.

The Internet was a bit slow.

The breakfast and the dinner were fabulous. Very good location for shopping and to other transport. Staff is working there very helpful. We will visit this again and recommend to other holiday people.
