Beautiful stay! Hotel Park is a perfect place to stay in chennai.It is close to the center and the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel park again. The price performance ratio is very good." Everything fine

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Central Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in service. Service the front desk team was highly appreciate Krishna and raja was very helpful during stay

I think renovation is required

The location is very good for visa applicants at the US embassy. The terrace view and seating was very nice. Staff was very helpful during my 3 night stay. Food was also good. I was unwell and resting after getting the visa approved, and the hot soups were very nourishing! The hotel cab driver from the hotel to the airport upon check-out was exceptionally good, and kind enough to drive me to the Ayappa temple after I expressed interest in visiting a local temple before leaving Chennai.

The hotel was noisy due to all the construction work. I was given another room upon request, but that floor was also noisy. It would be good for the construction work to be completed soon.

I've travelled internationally for business for the past 50 years so I know a thing or two about hotels....FOR CHENNAI, for the business traveller, look for a property near your business destination. Traffic can be a bear and its just not worth the morning hassle to live far from your destination. This hotel was absolutely the best located for our work. As for the hotel itself, it has same the room design as the much newer Marriott about a kilometer down the road....but its less expensive and has a superior breakfast to the newer Marriott and better located for our work at the American Consulate...which we had to pay for apart from the booking.com rate. ONCE AGAIN, Booking.com did not make it clear that our room rate did NOT include breakfast. OK an extra US$10 for breakfast and it was worth it. The property also has a nice bar with a happy hour and a disco type club as well as an excellent roof top infinity pool with night time entertainment some of the nights. So, yes, for us, the Park was perfect and I would stay there again. Nice staff.

No complaints whatsoever

The property used to be super nice but not any more. I always stay at The Park when I am in Chennai and have stayed there more than 5 times.The latest visit left me with mixed opinions.. The Good: Free Breakfast was the best I have had!!

The not so good: Ceiling in my room was peeling off and it looked like the toilet above my room was leaking water into the ceiling of my room.To make things worst the ceiling flaking off was right above my bed !!

Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Your lift is very slow

Usual. I like the hotel itself. I am becoming a frequent visitor now and a frequent reviewer :D Staff are friendly and supportive, especially for guests like me who have special needs. Sometimes due to special requirements, it needs to be extensively sensitive to handling guests.

Somehow a nice hotel has got a blocked view due to adjacent buildings. I wish smoking rooms were also available on higher floors. Except to be available on the 3rd floor. Apart from that 3rd floor is quite noisy.

The breakfast had a good selection though there wasn't much variety on different days. The location is at the centre of the city and near to a lot of important places. The room was fine but not great. The Aqua restaurant was really good and one of the best experiences I've had. The hotel also had its own mini theatre, a gym and a spa room. The dinner at the hotel was also really good, in taste as well as in selection.

The rooms and hotel environment felt old and musty. While the services were good, the hotel rooms were overpriced in comparison to the quality they are providing. Newly built/renovated hotels within the same price and star range give a much premium experience.

Stay was really good coz they game me upgraded room So I loved my stay ! 1st 2 days my room was ok but next 2 days after upgradation in my room was absolutely superb ! Thank you for the upgradation !

I called for the Masala Tea in my room at 820am, they said it would take 30 minutes. It never came till 45 mins. When i called them to check why, they said they never received any request which was false. I personally spoke with 1 manager who promised to end the tea to my room and later they said I didn't call anyone. Not Possible ! In fact because I was waiting for my masala tea in my room till 915am I got late for my 1st appointment bcoz then I had to come down for the breakfast & tea ! Which that day I didn't wanted to.

cozy place. you are free as you wanted it to be. a good place to relax. You want to Party then you have facility till 4am. accessible to embassies, beach, tnagar, EA, MOP, stella, Loyola, WCC,

As it comfortable, its also annoying the sound of music from the party hall through the night upto 4am sometimes even afer. similarly people keep walking through your floor and returning from the party. Had thoughts that do they take rooms to just attend parties and return home.
