I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very neat and tidy, which made for a comfortable experience. The location was perfect, being close to all the shopping areas and malls. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The restaurant was amazing, offering delicious meals. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall I had positive stay at this hotel. However, I did have a minor issue with obtaining the WiFi password. I phoned a couple of times to request it, but I didn't receive it. This may have been due to a miscommunication, and I believe if I had contacted the relevant persons, it could have easily been sorted out. I didn't follow up further due to my busy schedule, so it wasn't a major inconvenience. Despite this, my overall experience at the hotel was good.

Location..Location..Location Its nestled right in the midst of the city next Central square mall and all the shops Kochi has to offer, yet away from the noise of the main road. We had a very spacious room with a generous king size bed. Were provided with a kids coat, even without asking. Staff were available for a late checkin of 12:30am and very friendly. We had the best sleep due to an efficient AC as well as the most luxurious bedding

Its a slightly older hotel but that didnt affect the quality of our stay and the toilets were modern. We had a mosquito in the room that took us some time to kill

The location is perfect on MG Road with easy access to metro and even walkable distance to a lot of shops including central mall. Easy access to Canopy Cafe which is right below the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and checked in on us. No delay to answer phone calls, service was not bad. Room was good, good space, facilities, kettle, sofa, cupboard etc. They allowed to keep our luggage for 2 hours after checkout. We requested for an early checkin and it was considered as well.

Maintenance could be better. The washroom tiles were broken on the floor and the counter.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel because we felt welcomed and well takencare of. It provides an authentic Indian experience. The food was delicious. They offered a variety of food for both breakfast and dinner buffet. Additionally, the staff was friendly. The hotel also has a spa which offers great , relaxing and calming massage. Unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance during our stay, but the management treated us well with dinner and pool access at their location in Fort Kochi Beach.

The images makes the hotel look newer than it is, but standard is good. Sheets were cleaned and we had a great time enjoying ourselves.

I like the fact that the location was at the heart of the city. I like that the hotel was having all the essential facilities needed and the tranquility and peacefulness of the place makes you feel that youre really on a holiday. The staffs were exceptionally amazing from the reception till the housekeeping and especually the restaurant. I really cant fault anything from this check in experience. In short it was absolutely perfect. I wouldnt mind going back and check in again and again at this hotel and looking forward to come back in the future.

Great location! Staff were very helpful and friendly. I took the message from the Ayurvedic centre and it was great. The Ayurvedic clinician and the masseur were friendly and scientifically knowledgeable in Ayurveda. The masseur Lijo Joseph has gifted hands and was very good with massage making me relaxed and enjoy the treatment.

TV was not working most of the time. Please make sure all that is ready before giving the room.

The team of people are very friendly and helpful, especially with information about places to visit and advice about using booking,com. The swimming pool is one of the best we have found on our travels.. clean & well maintained. We also booked at the Abad Plaza Whispering Palms House Boat trip & Resort stay further South in the Alleppy Backwater area, just 2 hrs drive by Uba.

The hotel is located in city centre and has quick connectivity to bus stand, railway station and even metro. Additionally room was really cozy and well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was ample , tasty and provided by an ever smiling staff.

I wish the room had more natural lighting during the day. I had to ask for removing the curtains to see the daylight.However the housekeeping staff were ever diligent and more than happy to help me with my request.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect and the Shopping Mall is located just next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Special thanks to Devi mol, Devi, Ardra, Rashid and the other staff on duty both at the reception and restaurants that made our hotel stay truly memorable. Will stay here again on our next visit.

An ironing table would have been nice in the room.
