Hello review from a south african and french. we overall really loved the stay here. the location of this hotel is very central to getting around kochi area and this was important for us. jaylaksmi is very near by for shopping. also metro and ferrry and shopping mall! the food was super super duper. the two reasons we came back was for the food, location and hospitality of the reception staff!

he only issues is its not extremly clean and we found one time the cleaner had not cleaned our cups well. but it didnt bother us too much! it would be outstanding if it was a bit cleaner though. we hope to be back

Location was great right in the middle of town. Hotel was clean and well run. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I got a room on a higher floor which gave a nice view towards MG road as well.

The room had a smell like a toilet disinfectant when I first checked in but after opening the doors and running the fan on full blast for a few minutes it was much better. Also the sheets were initially stained (not sure if they were cleaned after every stay) but after highlighting this to the staff they changed it without issues

This is a fantastic property, right next to MG road the main shopping center. Till now they have very well maintained the property. We did not avail the complimentary breakfast but they did give croissants and butter for my kid. The room service has been quick and effective, we got the ironing board as soon as we requested it. The bathrooms are neat, the AC is efficient. Room cools down very well. Obviously if you are looking for lawns and pool and views then this is not the place. But if you are looking for convenient, safe stay, close to the shopping district it is absolutely good. Previously we used to stay a little away from the city in larger hotels but in Kochi we ended up traveling the city and did not avail of the in-hotel facilities. So we have decided to stay in such smaller city hotels. We need a safe, convenient, neat and helpful place to stay and this hotel provided that.

Maybe one more chair in the room. Otherwise it was all good.

I was at The Trios for a media related project. The booking was for 7 days. As a solo traveller, I am always skeptical about the safety, hygiene and service by the hotel staffs' during my trips. I was quite impressed from day 1 as the staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The staff also comprised of trainees, who were stupendous in their assigned roles and demonstrated their expertise in the flawless customer service. I would like to thank each and everyone at The Trios for your extra effort to make my stay comfortable and peaceful. I would also like to mention some names Agnus & Farsiya - Front office day shift. The location is brilliant, bang on MG road. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room and bathroom was clean as was the hotel in general. The staff on night duty was even more helpful and very polite. They tried to go out of their way to help with some issues we were facing. The hotel was walking distance from some great restaurants, movie halls and shopping malls.

The pillows were really uncomfortable, big, bulky and hard and they didn't have any substitutes - it made sleeping quite difficult. The towels smelled of smoke even though they were clean, I think the hotel needs to segregate towels from smoking rooms and non smoking rooms. The check out time is 11 am but they started calling the room from 9 am which was not necessary and disturbed an otherwise pleasant stay. They don't have parking space.

Located close to the center. Marine drive and Broadway were at walk-able distance. Rooms were spacious with reading table and wardrobes. Enjoyed the food and service.

Foul smell! The walk way from the lift to the room was really a bad experience. There was strong foul smell which forces us to run to the lift and back to room.

The location was great. Just a few steps from MG road and the hotel is new and mostly very modern

The bathrooms let it down as the shower curtain and some tiles had mould. We paid for breakfast which is advertised as having a big choice but we had to ask for fruit and croissant as they were not out but they did bring from the kitchen when asked

I loved the huge picture window, looking out at life in India. I liked the choice of breakfast items and the fresh squeezed juice. I enjoyed talking with Rajesh and I liked the other staff.

Replace the tea and cups in my room.

The location, the staff was courteous and prompt, clean rooms, good food, the Buffett breakfast had limited options but tasty food.. reasonably priced rooms ..overall enjoyed our stay....budget hotel with very good service...

It's a very new property,staff at reception was very good , rooms r good for business travellers or single couple not for family .... Location is fantastic in heart of city just opposite to SHENOY TALKIES We have taken room for 2000+ Tax , it's my suggestion for management that for this rate u can give complimentary breakfast as hardly a person eat worth of Rs 80 Over all good property
