It was a quick visit and fair price. Staffs are generally good and the location is excellent.

Room was a smelly and it could be from the Aircon. In general the rooms does not seems to be maintained properly acc to international standards. Some staffs not aware of the international visitors requirements.

Room was not as per five star rating. Furniture was very out dated. Also little smell thru AC when turn on.

The first experience that just blows you away is the wonderful people of the property. Smiling, well trained, professional. That was the best part. All requests from the room were taken care in minutes. It was so comfortable to receive the follow up call after each request is fulfilled. Other hospitality brands should learn from this property. My first Holiday Inn experience was awesome. Check-in and Check out was done so swiftly.

The Parking was a hassle due to some event going on. I wish that the property could prioritize the in-house guests for their parking requirements.

The staff across all areas—FrontDesk, Wallet Parking, Reception, Housekeeping, Room Service, Luggage, and Dining—are excellent, respectful, and well-behaved. The breakfast was amazing, and we had a great dining experience. The location is also good.

Children had limited entertainment options. Board games like Chess and Foosball were only available in the bar, where kids weren't allowed, which was surprising. Other than swimming, they got very bored with little else to do at the hotel. The edges of the steps in the swimming pool are quite sharp and can hurt feet, especially when wet. It would be safer if they were smoothed.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn with our young family, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Traveling with young children can be challenging, and I was particularly concerned about getting around the city. However, the hotel took care of all our transportation needs seamlessly, which made our stay so much more relaxed. The food spread was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered to both adults and kids alike. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the menu, ensuring that everyone found something they loved. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the entire team. A special mention goes to Girieesh, who was proactive in asking for feedback and swift in addressing minor feedback I provided on the first day. Thanks to him, our requests were resolved quickly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. Whether it was arranging activities or simply checking in on us, they made us feel truly welcomed.

Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the staff Gokul provide us with exceptional service , he really made the score for holiday inn go up! the room was clean.

The service is extremely slow and sometimes the front desk never picked up the call. for example i had to call twice to get a converter. coffee ( took half an hour) even during breakfast you order an omelette . It takes forever. The dinner was awful , one of the worst biryanis we have ordered for that price ( the chicken was burnt ). The next thing is the room card , we were only provided with one, so i had to ask for lift service to go up which was irritating when you pay alot for the room!

The whole experience! To start with, the great entrance hall, the friendly reception, the coffee shop (where we had ginger tea every afternoon). The gym is perfect and the swimming pool before the Sun becomes too hot, are all perfect! The breakfast with the gamut of varieties of Indian and continental offerings, were great!

The air-conditioner in the room did not somehow did not go below 22.5 deg... Looked like there was some issue. The repair person came and did something, but we still had no temperature below 22 deg!

LOVED IT! Certainly exceeded my expectation. The online reviews are all true and we were really happy with our stay. From our check-in experience to our room stay, to my gym experience and breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here. Even our laundry was delivered on time when we checked in really late and were leaving early too. Breakfast was the BEST so far that we've experienced in Kerala. Value for money on all aspects of our stay. We encountered most places charging exorbitant rather with no product or service to match, so thank you Holiday Inn Cochin and keep up the great work!

Everything was excellent. The room was great, buffet breakfast spread was awesome, the facilities are too good and the staff were superb. Infinite thanks to Mr. Andrew & his colleagues, to cater to my special request (while at check in) and to make it extra special. By now I have forgotten the names of the two lady staff during the breakfast buffet, but they were the best I have seen for a while. Even the concierge support during check out was awesome.
