Lunch/Dinner was good, breakfast was also enjoyable with a different buffet selection each day which was nice. The location is perfect if you want to explore Margao market area, it's within a short walking distance. Staff were polite and accommodating by letting us checkout a couple of hours later.

Lots of mosquitos in the bathroom. No remote for the air con and the control panel was not close to the bed so had to get out to adjust the temperature. Lighting is a bit dim but there's plenty of daylight during the day!

First day breakfast was excellednt. On 2nd day, paratha was served as breakfast. my kids did not like it at all. usually we eat paratha for lunch or dinner. idli, Upama, wada, uttappa with sambhar/chutney are good options for breakfast.

There was cake for breakfast but it contained egg. since we are vegetarians we could not eat it. suggestion - toaster does not work properly. if possible let someone help with the toaster

I liked that Warmth of the Staff, Very Friendly and understanding. Breakfast Could have more Spread. Live Counter for Items like Dosa, Egg omelet or scrambled egg could have added to the experience.

Two Wheeler Parking was good but a shade/cover could have been constructed to protect the bikes.

Morning breakfast was good. variety of options. Food quality was excellent. My kids enjoyed the chess game in reception lobby.

The security was rude. He did not allow us to park the car for few minutes also to unload our luggage from taxi. We had to park taxi little away from main gate and then unload our luggage. Same thing happened when on check out day while loading our luggage in taxi. This time we ignored his shouting. but this is strange that hotel guest is not allowed to park taxi in front of gate for few minutes

Very clean and service staff were excellent

The evening front desk staff were not very friendly. Almost like they would crumble if they cracked a smile.

Perfect place for stay & specially you need to to move around in the town being located in the heart of the city

Staff and all other indirect employees including housekeeping & security are also very helpful & polite

1. Switch board is too close to the wash area it should be higher up and away. 2. Initial communication with the staff was a little lagging.

The Hospitality service was good. Breakfast buffet (in package) was awesome and varieties on different days. Room service was immediate. Close to the railway station, however little away from the Airport.

Fine tuning towards maintenance is all that is needed. Overall, 8 out of 10...

The rooms were always clean, the staff are very friendly and nice. Room service is excellent. The view wasn’t the best outside the window but that’s not the hotels fault. Soap/ handwash/ shower caps everything was provided.

The room was spacious and very clean, staff and front desk very friendly and helpful. Already booked another night!
